<div>Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Plan, shoot, and edit video content including A-Roll, product B-Roll, tutorials, in person events, and trending content
</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, social, tech marketing, and product teams to translate briefs into compelling video assets through filming, editing, clipping, color correction and sound design
</li><li>Operate Elgato&rsquo;s livestreams: camera set up and operation, mixing/switching, audio mixing, graphics, and encoder management
</li><li>Set up, maintain, and manage studio and live production equipment (cameras, lighting, audio, streaming hardware and software)
</li><li>Monitor stream health and quality during livestreams and resolve technical issues in real time
</li><li>Stay up to date on production techniques, streaming platforms, and trends, and recommend workflow or equipment improvements
</li>Maintain an organized media library and file management workflow

</li></ul>Requirements
<ul><li>3-5 years of professional experience in video production, live broadcast, or a closely related field
</li><li>Demonstrated portfolio/reel covering edited video work and/or live production credits
</li><li>Proficiency in professional video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve)
</li><li>Hands-on experience with live production tools (e.g., OBS Studio, cameras, studio lighting, or similar)
</li><li>Camera operation skills (cinema/mirrorless and PTZ) and a working knowledge of lighting and audio fundamentals
</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
</li><li>Availability to work occasional early mornings/weekends for live events
</li>Collaborative team player who's eager to learn new skills, communicates openly, and helps uphold a high standard of quality

<ul><li>Understanding of streaming protocols, encoding (RTMP/SRT, bitrates, codecs), and platform requirements (YouTube, Twitch, LinkedIn Live, TikTok, Instagram etc.)

<div>What you will be working on:
You will join one of our software development teams as a Software Engineer to directly contribute to the success of our Stream Deck ecosystem.
<ul><li>As a software engineer, you will be responsible for developing first party plugins for Stream Deck that work on the Windows and macOS platforms using TypeScript language on Node.js infrastructure.

<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or master&rsquo;s degree in computer science, Engineering, Informatics or comparable.
</li><li>You have at least three years&rsquo; experience in developing in TypeScript and for Node.js, HTML, and CSS knowledge is also required.
</li><li>Experience with C++ or Rust language is an advantage.
</li><li>Experience in working with various external APIs and integrations (e.g. Twitch, Slack, etc.) is a plus.
</li><li>Knowledge of common desktop software integration approaches is also a strong advantage.
</li><li>Good knowledge of common development tools (e.g. VS Code, Jira, Confluence, Git, GitLab CI/CD).

About the Role
 
We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager or Director of Product Marketing to lead the global product marketing strategy for our Server Memory portfolio &mdash; including DDR5 RDIMM, MRDIMM, HBM, CXL Memory Expansion, and future enterprise memory technologies.
In this role, you'll drive product positioning, go-to-market strategy, competitive intelligence, customer engagement, and revenue growth across hyperscale, cloud, enterprise, AI, and OEM markets. The ideal candidate pairs deep technical knowledge of server memory architectures with strong business acumen and a proven record of launching and scaling enterprise infrastructure products.
What You'll Do
 
Product Strategy &amp; Portfolio Management
Define and execute the product marketing strategy across DDR5 RDIMM, MRDIMM, HBM, CXL memory modules, enterprise DRAM, and next-gen memory for AI and HPC workloads
Develop market requirements and influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis
Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to align investments with market opportunities
Go-to-Market Leadership
Lead product launches from concept through commercialization
 
Own positioning, messaging, value propositions, pricing recommendations, sales enablement, and collateral
 
Drive adoption across OEM, ODM, CSP, and channel customers
Market &amp; Competitive Intelligence
Track trends across AI infrastructure, hyperscale datacenters, enterprise servers, and CPU platform transitions (Intel Xeon, AMD EPYC, ARM)
Analyze competitors and produce battlecards and executive-level market insights
Customer &amp; Partner Engagement
Serve as the business and marketing subject matter expert for server memory solutions
 
Present strategies to hyperscalers, CSPs, OEMs, enterprise customers, and industry analysts

Required Qualifications
 
Senior Manager Level
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field
 
8+ years in product marketing, product management, technical marketing, or business development
 
5+ years in server memory, enterprise storage, data center infrastructure, or semiconductor products
Director Level
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
 
12+ years in enterprise technology, semiconductors, memory, or data center infrastructure
 
5+ years leading product marketing teams or strategic product initiatives
Technical Knowledge Requirements
Memory technologies: DDR4/DDR5 RDIMM, HBM, LRDIMM, MRDIMM, ECC/RAS features, JEDEC standards, memory ranking and channel architectures
Server platforms: Intel Xeon, AMD EPYC, ARM server ecosystems, hyperscale and cloud infrastructure
 
Emerging technologies: CXL, memory pooling and tiering, AI training/inference infrastructure, HPC
 
Business and market: OEM/ODM ecosystem, CSPs, enterprise IT buying processes, server qualification cycles, datacenter TCO
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience with memory module manufacturers, semiconductor companies, or server OEMs
 
Familiarity with memory qualification and validation processes
 
Existing relationships with hyperscale, OEM, or cloud customers
 
Experience launching enterprise hardware products globally
 
Knowledge of AI server architecture and GPU memory requirements
