We're looking for a hands-on Esthetics Instructor to join our team!The ideal candidate has a passion for educating, motivating, mentoring, and coaching Future Skin Care Professionals. The primary responsibility of the instructor is to manage and lead their students to graduation through a positive classroom environment.Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform an active lesson and lecture, encourage student learning, participation, and engagement</li><li>Grade and review assignments, quizzes, &amp; exams</li><li>Perform effective classroom management and ensure student compliance with school rules and regulations</li><li>Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures</li><li>Passing grades on State Board/Licensure examinations and student licensure rates</li><li>Retention rates and student satisfaction</li><li>Complete other assigned duties, as needed</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>Highly organized and professional</li><li>Strong customer service skills and administrative skills</li><li>Ability to ensure compliance with all governmental regulations.</li><li>Minimum of three year(s) field experience</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office products</li><li>State Esthetician license is required.</li><li>PA instructor's license is required.</li></ul>If this sounds like you, APPLY TODAY!Job Type: Part-timePay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hourExperience:<ul><li>Skincare: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>King of Prussia, PA 19406: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
