About the Role</h2>
MENA-based analysts providing 24/7 operational support to keep every Corva well decision-ready across UAE/KSA/Oman/Qatar/Kuwait/Egypt. Core skills: live rig/EDR/WITSML QA/QC, rapid anomaly detection &amp; triage support with RTOC/rig and engineering teams, dashboard upkeep, and pre-release testing.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You&rsquo;ll Do</h2>
Data operations &amp; QA/QC<ul><li>
Enter various data types into the web-based system quickly and accurately;</li><li>
Run QA/QC checks to detect gaps, unit/timestamp mismatches, proper WITSML channel mapping, sensor dropouts, and outliers; follow procedures to correct issues.</li><li>
Review data and trends for accuracy/completeness; flag and resolve anomalies and problematic data.</li><li>
Ensure proper system operation through continuous checks; escalate and track incidents to closure.</li></ul>
Customer coordination<ul><li>
Communicate with customers (RTOC/rig/engineering teams) to clarify discrepancies and resolve issues per agreed communication protocols.</li><li>
Prepare daily written reports covering operations status, QA/QC findings, and corrective actions.</li><li>
Build customer dashboards and support customers in building/maintaining their own dashboards.</li></ul>
Platform readiness &amp; testing<ul><li>
Provide testing of staged systems prior to deployment;</li><li>
Execute test plans, document defects, and validate fixes.</li><li>
Identify and communicate opportunities to improve efficiencies in operations and data workflows.</li><li>
Develop and maintain operational procedures, runbooks, and quick-start guides.</li></ul>
Ways of working<ul><li>
Ability to work remotely as needed while maintaining SLAs; cover nights/weekends in a rotation to support live operations.</li>
Partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Product to keep data healthy and insights flowing.

Must-Have Qualifications</h2>
Domain knowledge<ul><li>
Basic knowledge of drilling systems data, including drillstring and BHA configurations, bits, mud motors, casing, fluid checks, and summary data.</li><li>
Bachelor university degree.</li><li>
Minimum 5 years in the drilling industry.</li><li>
Rig site or RTOC experience and offshore experience.</li><li>
Familiarity with WITSML, EDR/rig data systems, and operator systems (OpenWells/WellView/Peloton).</li></ul>
Operating requirements<ul><li>
Ability to work nights and weekends in a rotation; reliable under time pressure.</li><li>
Ability to enter accurate data and prioritize a dynamic workload.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is advantage)</li><li>
Ability to work well with teams and customers.</li><li>
Thorough knowledge of navigating modern websites/web apps.</li><li>
Strong analytical thinking; able to identify anomalies and problem data quickly.</li><li>
Ability to train others on procedures and dashboards.</li><li>
Four-year college degree (engineering/technical preferred or equivalent oilfield experience).</li><li>
SQL/Python/HTML/PowerBi/Spotfire knowledge is an advantage.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
