As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining accurate financial records for our business. Your responsibilities will include regular accounting tasks, handling way bills, purchase orders (POs), invoices, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting principles and regulations.</li><li>Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.</li><li>Process and record financial transactions, including invoices, payments, receipts, and expenses.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Prepare and submit accurate tax filings, including sales tax, income tax, and other applicable taxes.</li><li>Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, operations, and procurement, to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.</li><li>Handle way bills, purchase orders (POs), and invoices, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to internal controls.</li><li>Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, following up on outstanding payments and resolving any billing or payment issues.</li><li>Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders, highlighting key financial metrics and performance indicators.</li><li>Stay updated on industry regulations, accounting standards, and best practices, making recommendations for process improvements when necessary.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
