 Role Overview
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for a performance-driven
 
 Digital Marketer
 
 who can build audience, drive growth, and execute high-impact digital campaigns across organic and paid channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands content, growth, and performance marketing&mdash;and can connect digital efforts directly to business outcomes.
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll work closely with brand, content, and leadership teams to scale reach, engagement, and lead generation.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Organic Growth &amp; Content
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan and execute organic growth strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook
 </li>
 <li>
 Own end-to-end content execution (reels, videos, static posts) including ideation, publishing, and optimisation
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain a consistent brand voice and digital presence
 </li>
 <li>
 Track performance metrics and optimise content based on engagement and reach
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Performance Marketing
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Execute and optimise Meta ad campaigns (Instagram &amp; Facebook)
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive high-quality leads while improving ROAS and campaign efficiency
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with creatives to test formats, hooks, and messaging
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor campaign performance and share actionable insights
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Analytics &amp; Optimisation
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Track key metrics: reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, and growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Build reports and dashboards to measure impact
 </li>
 <li>
 Use data to continuously refine content, hashtag strategies, and paid campaigns
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Cross-Functional Collaboration
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work closely with content creators, designers, and brand teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Align digital campaigns with product launches, partnerships, and business goals
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media / Growth Marketing
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience scaling organic reach and audience
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of content formats, trends, and platform algorithms
 </li>
 <li>
 Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Nice to Have
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience working with creators, startups, or D2C brands
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic video/content editing knowledge
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with analytics tools and reporting
 </li>
