Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure there are sufficient goods for production or retail without overstocking.</li><li>Stock Tracking and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, ensuring proper documentation for incoming and outgoing goods, as well as stock adjustments.</li><li>Stock Replenishment: Review inventory levels regularly and place orders with suppliers or internal departments to replenish stock as needed, based on demand forecasts.</li><li>Receiving and Inspecting Goods: Ensure that all incoming goods are properly received, inspected for damage, and recorded accurately in the system.</li><li>Inventory Audits: Perform regular physical counts of inventory and reconcile them with system records to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.</li><li>Warehouse Organization: Ensure the proper storage and organization of inventory in the warehouse to minimize loss, damage, or inefficiency.</li><li>Order Fulfillment: Ensure that inventory is available for fulfilling sales orders or production requirements, coordinating with sales or production teams as necessary.</li><li>Stock Rotation: Implement effective stock rotation methods (e.g., FIFO, LIFO) to prevent outdated or expired stock.</li><li>Cost Control: Monitor and manage inventory costs, including storage, handling, and replenishment costs, to meet budgetary goals.</li><li>Process Improvement: Continuously assess inventory processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Returns Management: Oversee the return and exchange process for damaged or unsold inventory, ensuring proper documentation and restocking if applicable.</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Attention to Detail: Ability to track, organize, and ensure the accuracy of inventory data.</li><li>Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage and organize inventory items in a warehouse or storage facility.</li><li>Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze inventory data and trends to make informed decisions on stock replenishment or removal.</li><li>Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address inventory discrepancies, stock shortages, or logistical challenges effectively.</li><li>Communication Skills: Ability to coordinate and communicate with suppliers, sales teams, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, especially during busy periods or with time-sensitive stock issues.</li><li>Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with inventory management software, databases, and systems.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field may be preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;14,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Inventory Executive

Job Summary: Responsible for accurate and timely billing, payment handling, and maintaining customer satisfaction during checkout. Ensures adherence to billing protocols and supports smooth store operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Generate accurate invoices through the POS system and ensure all bills are handed over to customers.</li><li>Update accounting records with payments, balances, and customer information.</li><li>Collect customer details (contact, address, etc.) and update them in the system.</li><li>Obtain approvals for discounts, staff purchases, or credit bills as per company policy.</li><li>Maintain positive customer interactions and assist with billing-related queries.</li><li>Report daily billing summaries or discrepancies to the Store/Accounts Manager.</li><li>Receive payments through various methods (cash, online payments etc.) and check for credibility.</li><li>Send reminders for payments and contact customers when assigned.</li><li>Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce or related field preferred.</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in billing or cashiering.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.</li><li>Good communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Familiarity with POS and accounting systems.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;13,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
