The ideal candidate will ensure that customer information is accurate and verified while maintaining high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Make outbound calls to customers to verify personal and campaign-related information.</li><li>Validate the authenticity of documents and customer-provided details.</li><li>Accurately record verified information in the system/CRM.</li><li>Report any discrepancies or fraudulent information to the supervisor.</li><li>Ensure 100% compliance with campaign policies and quality standards.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection guidelines.</li><li>Achieve daily and weekly verification targets.</li><li>Handle customer interactions professionally with strong English communication skills.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in verification, call center, or related roles.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with strong fluency in English.</li><li>Attention to detail and high accuracy in data verification.</li><li>Basic computer and typing skills.</li><li>Punctual, disciplined, and target-oriented.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
