We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to assist our company with day to day financial tasks. You will be responsible for both accounts payable and receivable along with all payroll and bank account management and reconciliation tasks. You will be responsible for recording financial data into QuickBooks and other financial systems.Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:<ul><li>Recording day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process.</li><li>Reconciling and recording payroll taxes, 401k, and bank accounts at the end of each month.</li><li>Reconciling vacation and sick accruals.</li><li>Monitoring financial transactions and reports.</li><li>Creating and processing accounts receivable and payable.</li><li>Processing and writing checks and ACH transactions.</li><li>Processing commission and incentive referral payable.</li><li>Maintaining a balanced general ledger.</li><li>Working with an outside consultant when necessary.</li><li>Handling and processing bi-weekly payroll by monitoring employee time entries.</li><li>Advising leadership on compliance needs.</li><li>Printing Checks and Processing Independent Contractors.</li><li>On-boarding &amp; Off-boarding employees.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Must be detail oriented, thorough and organized</li><li>Must be proficient in QuickBooks Online and Excel</li><li>Previous bookkeeping experience (5 years preferred)</li><li>Able to prepare, review and understand financial statements</li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Comfortable dealing with large volumes of complex data</li><li>Experience in using Timesolv and Rippling software is a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full Time permanent.
