Cote Law Group is a growing estate planning and real estate law firm looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and personable Legal Assistant or Paralegal to join our team in our Marshfield office. This position is fully in-office&mdash;we believe collaboration and client service are best delivered face-to-face.This role blends administrative and paralegal responsibilities and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centered environment. We&rsquo;re looking for someone who takes initiative, communicates well, and wants to grow with the firm. There&rsquo;s a strong opportunity for advancement into higher-level legal support or client-facing roles for the right candidate.ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support<ul><li>Answer phones, greet clients, and manage client communications</li><li>Schedule consultations and team meetings</li><li>Maintain office supplies and coordinate team lunches</li><li>Organize and scan physical files and incoming documents</li><li>Assemble estate planning binders and closing packages</li><li>Send draft documents to clients and track revisions</li><li>Manage attorney and paralegal calendars</li></ul>Legal &amp; Paralegal Support<ul><li>Assist with real estate transactions and estate plan signings</li><li>Perform title work and order due diligence items</li><li>Communicate with lenders, agents, and clients to coordinate closings</li><li>Prepare closing binders and record real estate documents</li><li>Create and maintain physical and digital client files</li><li>Support attorneys with drafting, filing, and client correspondence</li><li>Scan and organize existing estate planning binders for new clients</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience in a law office strongly preferred, especially in real estate or estate planning</li><li>Excellent communication and organization skills</li><li>High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li>Professional demeanor with strong client service orientation</li><li>Comfortable with technology and document management systems</li><li>No certification required</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBase Pay: From $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
