The Director of Marketing Strategy &amp; Services is responsible for executing Cottage Door Press&rsquo;s consumer marketing strategy across key channels, including ecommerce, mass retail, trade marketing, and social media. This role leads the in-house Marketing Services team including design, video, and social media, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, brand-aligned content that supports product launches, retail partners, and overall sales goals.
Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Execution<ul><li>
Translate brand and product strategies into actionable, integrated marketing plans.</li><li>
Lead seasonal campaign planning and channel-specific marketing initiatives.</li><li>
Partner with Product, Sales, and Licensing teams to align messaging and deliverables.</li><li>
Manage marketing calendars, launch timelines, and approval workflows.</li></ul>
Creative &amp; Content Team Leadership<ul><li>
Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 including designers and a Social Media Manager.</li><li>
Provide clear creative direction, actionable feedback, and brand guidance.</li><li>
Ensure consistency of messaging and design across digital, print, packaging, and social channels.</li><li>
Manage team workload and freelance resource allocation as needed.</li></ul>
Digital Experience Oversight<ul><li>
Oversee homepage, collection pages, banners, and promotional updates on our Shopify website.</li><li>
Support development of A+ content, PDP visuals, and SEO-optimized copy for Amazon and other ecommerce partners.</li><li>
Collaborate with content creators to ensure eCommerce assets reflect brand voice and drive conversion.</li></ul>
Asset Development &amp; Executional Excellence<ul><li>
Direct the creation of catalogs, sell sheets, social content, paid ads, and trade collateral.</li><li>
Ensure timely delivery of assets for product launches, trade shows, and retail setups.</li><li>
Maintain organized content libraries and asset management systems for internal and partner use.</li></ul>

Requirements:
