If you are organized, proactive, and ready to support a vibrant office, this is a great opportunity to grow your administrative career.Responsibilities<ul><li>First Impressions: Greet visitors and clients warmly to ensure they feel welcome.</li><li>Communication: Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls accurately and professionally.</li><li>Scheduling: Handle front-desk duties like booking appointments and coordinating meetings.</li><li>Data &amp; Records: Perform data entry, filing, and proofreading to keep our office organized.</li><li>Software Management: Use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for reports and emails.</li><li>Office Operations: Help with mail, supply inventory, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks).</li><li>Direct Support: Assist with clerical tasks and personal assistant duties as needed.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Tech Proficient: Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.</li><li>Organized Multitasker: Ability to stay focused and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Reliable Background: Previous experience in an office or clerical role with high attention to detail.</li><li>Customer-First Mindset: Excellent phone etiquette and people skills.</li><li>Niche Knowledge: Experience in medical/dental offices or QuickBooks is a huge advantage.</li><li>Proactive Attitude: Previous experience as a personal assistant or office manager is preferred.</li></ul>Join our team and help us create a professional, enthusiastic environment while making a real impact every day!Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
