Salary + Bonus + many other benefits. The Marketing Coordinator will represent Cotton &amp; Company by assisting the Account Executive team to maintain client focus, and account creative standards. Candidate must be extremely detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. An understanding of the residential real estate industry is a huge plus.</p><p>
This is not a remote position. You must be able to commute to our office in Stuart, Florida on a daily basis.</p><p><b>
Position Description:</b></p><ul><li>
Work with vendors to obtain quotes and manage deliverables and deadlines</li><li>
Assist Account Service team with meeting setup and preparations</li><li>
Develop and implement Social/Digital marketing strategies for real estate clients</li><li>
Manage and monitor our social communities on a variety of social networks</li><li>
Client liaison on an ongoing basis to ensure accuracy and compliance with brand objectives</li><li>
Engage with the consumer to be the voice of the brands we represent</li><li>
Manage digital advertising budgets for social engines, such as Facebook advertising and/or LinkedIn advertising</li><li>
Coordinate with client affiliates for social networking and affiliate marketing</li><li>
Write social media blog content in concert with the Account Services team</li><li>
Upload content into Word Press, including SEO meta data</li><li>
Create engaging social media content &ndash; videos, photography and messaging</li><li>
Be responsible &amp; meet deadlines in a fast-paced, real-time social media world</li><li>
Report and analyze insights derived from digital tracking tools</li></ul><p><b>
Job Requirements:</b></p><p>
Bachelors or Associate's Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications preferred or 1+ years of hands-on experience.</p><ul><li>
A strong interest in the advertising/marketing field.</li><li>
Self-motivated, multi-tasker with the ability to keep multiple balls in the air at once.</li><li>
Analysis-minded with a focus on metrics and attention to detail.</li><li>
A self-starter with the ability to drive the account forward based on client objectives and agency strategy.</li><li>
Deadline oriented in an extremely fast-paced industry.</li><li>
Must be able to review creative strategies and execute advertising campaigns in support of the budgeted plan.</li><li>
Be responsible for monitoring and ensuring that all client deliverables exceed expectations and meet client&rsquo;s strategy.</li><li>
Committed to the highest level of delivery and attention to detail.</li><li>
A willingness to learn and &ldquo;push the envelope&rdquo; in client services, industry trends and personal growth</li><li>
Be able to create and manage comprehensive budgets.</li><li>
Be responsible for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, real-time media world.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Must build strong working relationships with internal team and vendors.</li><li>
Solid computer skills especially in Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>
Traditional and digital marketing channel knowledge.</li><li>
