About the role:Cotton Valley Home is a leading distributor of bath towels, kitchen textiles, and bedding to major retailers across the U.S., Canada, and international markets. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Packaging Designer to join our team and elevate the presentation of our home textile products at retail.In this role, you will focus solely on designing impactful, retail-ready packaging that aligns with brand strategies, retailer requirements, and market trends.Key Responsibilities:﻿<ul><li>Design compelling packaging solutions for home textile products, including inserts, hangtags, belly bands, wrap cards, and retail-ready packaging.</li><li>Develop packaging artwork for multiple brands and private label programs, adapting to varied brand identities and retailer guidelines.</li><li>Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure packaging supports product positioning and merchandising goals.</li><li>Ensure all packaging designs meet retailer specifications, compliance standards, and production requirements.</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight timelines and accommodating quick revisions.</li><li>Stay informed on packaging trends, materials, and sustainability considerations relevant to the home textile industry.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeExperience:<ul><li>total work: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
