Main objectives The Trade Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between marketing and sales by developing and executing trade strategies that drive brand visibility, shopper engagement, and sales performance across all retail channels. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating trade promotions, activities, and retailer collaborations to ensure alignment with brand strategies and commercial objectives. Key responsibilities Trade Strategy &amp; Planning Develop and implement annual trade marketing plans per channel and customer. Align with sales and brand teams to translate brand strategies into effective customer-facing initiatives. Lead shopper insights and category analysis to inform trade initiatives. Identify the platform and market potential for sustainable growth Collaborate with the e-Commerce KAMs to create and manage a curated calendar of campaigns, promotions, and product launches across top retailers Translate regional brand plans into e-commerce tailored conceptual plans Serve as the primary liaison between the local brand teams and the local e-commerce sales teams Create, share and incorporate best practices across all Coty businesses, globally and locally Identify what is the optimal go to market strategy on how to win in different channels. Recommend brand/ assortment mix, distribution, pricing strategy and investment priorities. Promotion Management &amp; Channel Execution Collaborate with key retailers to activate brand plans and shopper marketing initiatives. Develop ecommerce specific promotions and packs to accelerate e-commerce growth. Monitor retail compliance and execution quality across touchpoints. Plan and track trade promotions and activities in alignment with marketing calendars. Evaluate ROI of campaigns and optimize future investments. Work closely with sales teams to identify promotional opportunities. Design and implement different offers to drive sell out while staying line with the brands guidelines. Own trade plans in collaboration with the commercial teams and aiming for profitable growth while improving market share. Budget Management, Controls &amp; Analysis Analyze trade marketing performance metrics and shopper behavior data. Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management. Propose data-driven improvements and innovation in trade execution. Monitor closely Trade Spend and A&amp;CP actuals vs budgets monthly. Present close out reports for new launches, activations, and promotions. Share a quarterly recap on trade plans ROI highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Consumer s insights and clear segmentation: who are our existing clients and how can we recruit new ones. Better understanding of the various channels and the dynamics of each channel. Analyse the competition, their strategy, and the winning formulas. Qualifications and experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus). 5+ years of experience in trade marketing or brand marketing and 3+ years of experience in eCommerce. Proficient in interpreting sales and market data to inform strategy. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic performance reporting tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

JUNIOR AREA SALES MANAGER - EXPORT MARKETS NORTH AFRICA
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Junior Area Sales Manager Export, North Africa, you are responsible for sales execution, distributor support, and market coordination for luxury Coty brand portfolios.
In this role, you will support the implementation of Coty s commercial strategy across Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, and Libya. Working closely with senior sales leadership and distributor partners, you ll ensure strong in-store execution, effective promotional activities, and support the day-to-day sales operations to drive brand growth and visibility in export markets.
Your main focus:
Sales &amp; Commercial Execution
<ul>
<li>Assist in implementing sales strategies, pricing structures, and trade terms tailored to each market.</li>
<li>Monitor monthly and quarterly sales performance and highlight risks and opportunities.</li>
<li>Ensure alignment with Coty s commercial objectives and guidelines in all distributor activities.</li>
<li>Support preparation and follow-up of Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs &amp; QBRs).</li>
</ul>
Distributor Management &amp; Market Support
<ul>
<li>Serve as the day-to-day contact for distributor partners, supporting them on execution and reporting.</li>
<li>Coordinate with distributors on order planning, shipment tracking, and stock availability.</li>
<li>Help manage trade spend, tracking effectiveness and ROI of promotional investments.</li>
<li>Participate in regular performance review meetings with partners and share feedback with internal teams.</li>
</ul>
Channel &amp; In-Store Execution
<ul>
<li>Ensure excellence in in-store execution across multiple channels (perfumery, department stores, lower trade, e-commerce).</li>
<li>Monitor POS visibility, merchandising standards, and promotion compliance through distributor feedback or market visits.</li>
<li>Support new product launches and ensure proper sell-in/sell-out coordination.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Trade Marketing to localize toolkits and support retail activation initiatives.</li>
</ul>
Forecasting &amp; Stock Management
<ul>
<li>Contribute to monthly sales forecasts and ensure timely submission of distributor demand plans.</li>
<li>Monitor sell-in/sell-out performance to optimize stock levels and avoid over/under-stocking.</li>
<li>Liaise with the Supply Chain team to ensure order accuracy and on-time deliveries.</li>
<li>Track slow-moving or obsolete inventory and propose action plans.</li>
</ul>
Cross-Functional Collaboration &amp; Reporting
<ul>
<li>Work closely with Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to support seamless execution.</li>
<li>Prepare sales and financial performance reports using tools such as Excel, Oracle, or internal dashboards.</li>
<li>Assist in planning market visits and preparing post-visit reports and actions.</li>
<li>Contribute to business cases and projects that enhance commercial efficiency or market performance.</li>

Junior Area Sales Manager

Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service by engaging with consumers and understanding their beauty preferences and needs.
Act as a makeup expert, demonstrating application techniques and offering tailored product recommendations in makeup.
Build and maintain strong knowledge of Coty makeup products as well as competitor offerings to confidently advise and differentiate the brand in front of customers.
Drive sales by achieving personal and store targets while ensuring strong product visibility at point-of-sale.
Stay updated on emerging beauty trends and usage techniques to inspire customers and enhance their overall shopping experience.
Ensure the highest standards of presentation and merchandising on the shop floor in line with brand guidelines.
Support with stock management, tester replenishment, and hygiene compliance within the allocated outlet.
Build lasting relationships with clients by capturing their preferences for a memorable, luxury retail experience.
Requirements and Skills
Prior experience as a Beauty Advisor, Makeup Artist or similar role in beauty retail, with a strong, demonstrable focus on selling face makeup.
Strong passion for makeup, beauty trends, and customer service.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customers.
Makeup artistry background or formal training is an advantage.
Confident in demonstrating products and providing expert advice on makeup application and shade matching.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
