Part of the Saudi Sales Team, the Sales Supervisor role is responsible for developing COTY business Across Retail Stores and Duty paid Stores in the Western region. The role requires managing a team of Beauty advisors and managing the day to day Sell-out at the assigned stores.
 
Key Job Accountabilities
 
Drive COTY sell-out and build up strong market share
 
Be the driving force in increasing the sales performance of COTY Sell OUT.
 Execute strategies and plans in line with the local deployment to ensure sales and market share targets are met.
 Achieve monthly sellout And Market share Targets
 Full responsibility of Store fundamentals (Visibility, availability/ordering, aging stocks, inventory rotation, etc…)
 Build strong business relationship with Store managers and Staff
 
Manage, lead, coach and motivate BA’s
 
Manage and lead a team of beauty advisors across retail & Duty Paid stores.
 Ability to coach, train, motivate, support and maximize output of the Beauty advisors.
 Sharing the passion for beauty market and COTY brands, to the customers and the BA team
 Track the individual performance of each BA in a constructive manner
 Ensure the Team of BAs fulfills their key responsibilities and achieve their Targets.
 
Communication and analytics: 
Report field activities, BAs & product performance as well as competitions activities
 Ability to identify and communicate the required plans needed to deliver the Targets.
 Ability to prepare presentations and conduct Business reviews/Analysis.
 Good analytical skills and use of data in the day to day operation.
 Good communication skills (English & Arabic) with growth mindset.

 Director, Global Marketing - Calvin Klein Fragrances
 
 will own together with the SVP Global Marketing, the strategic leadership of the global fragrance marketing agenda: shaping brand vision, orchestrating long-term growth initiatives, driving cross-region alignment and championing the brand&rsquo;s global footprint. This role combines deep fragrance category expertise, P&amp;L ownership, team leadership and global execution excellence. The successful candidate will translate global brand ambitions into high-impact programs that deliver business results across markets.
 
 
 
 Roles &amp; Responsibilities:

 Define and lead the global fragrance marketing vision and strategy, encompassing brand architecture, global consumer segmentation, positioning across regions, innovation roadmap, and long-term growth platforms.
 </li>

 Strongly influence the global fragrance portfolio&rsquo;s P&amp;L, including revenue growth, margin management, COGs and marketing spend, setting investment priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and develop a high-performing marketing organization fostering talent development, cross-functional collaboration and consistent brand execution worldwide.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the planning and execution of the global product launch calendar for fragrances&mdash;concept development, fragrance, naming &amp; packaging strategy, 360 campaigns and global go-to-market.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive omnichannel global marketing campaigns (360&deg;): advertising, digital/social, influencer strategy, experiential, retail activations, e-commerce, sampling and GWP (Gift With Purchase)&mdash;ensuring global scale and local relevance.

 Maintain deep consumer and market insights across the fragrance category globally: trend analysis, competitive benchmarking, country/regional dynamics, consumer journey mapping, identifying white-space opportunities.

 Ensure global brand consistency while enabling regional/local market customization and adaptations&mdash;balancing global standards with local market needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own the development of strategic communications and deliverables: global business reviews, board-level decks, agency briefs, internal/external presentations, and marketing toolkits for regional teams.

 Drive the creation and governance of commercial tools and initiatives: global frameworks for GWPs, sampling programs, promotional sets, seasonal activations and merchandising&mdash;ensuring they align with brand equity, deliver ROI and support key milestones.

 Qualifications

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 9+ years of marketing experience, with at least several years in a senior role within the fragrance, beauty or luxury goods sector.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of leading global campaigns, product launches and fragrance business growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong strategic, commercial and analytical acumen; experience managing budgets, P&amp;L, forecasting and ROI.
 </li>
 <li>
