Key Responsibilities:Content Creation &amp; Management:<ul><li>Help create posts, images, videos, and stories for social media.</li><li>Assist with scheduling and posting content.</li><li>Collaborate on creative ideas and campaigns.</li></ul>Social Media Monitoring &amp; Engagement:<ul><li>Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions.</li><li>Engage with followers to foster community and brand loyalty.</li><li>Track and report on engagement and interactions.</li></ul>Research &amp; Trend Analysis:<ul><li>Research current social media trends and best practices.</li><li>Analyse competitor activities to inform strategy.</li><li>Identify relevant hashtags and keywords for visibility.</li></ul>Performance Reporting:<ul><li>Collect and analyze data on reach, engagement, and conversions.</li><li>Prepare performance reports and offer insights to improve strategies.</li></ul>Administrative Support:<ul><li>Maintain and update social media profiles.</li><li>Provide administrative support for campaigns and events.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: Previous experience in social media or digital marketing is a plus but not required.</li><li>Technical Skills: Familiar with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite), Microsoft Office, and basic design tools like Canva or Adobe.</li><li>Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, attention to detail.</li><li>Organizational Skills: Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of social media metrics.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Knowledge with social media advertising or campaigns.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.</li><li>Familiarity with video editing tools.</li></ul>This role offers a great opportunity to build practical experience in digital marketing.Job Type: Internship Contract length: 3 monthsPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you comfortable with 10k to 15k stipend?
