As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.Duties:- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages- Coordinate meetings and events, including room reservations and catering arrangements- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed- Maintain HIPAA Compliance at all timesExperience:- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficient in using Google Suite or similar office software- Experience with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity- Familiarity with calendar management tools for scheduling appointments- Knowledge of event planning processes is a plusSkills:- Personal assistant skills to provide support to staff members as needed- Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently- Proficient in computerized systems for managing appointments and records- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle inquiries professionallyWe offer competitive compensation based on experience.If you are a motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
