About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of the complete digital marketing function from strategy to execution for our businesses — Indo Texnology and Count AI.
This is not a social-media-only position. You will be responsible for building and executing the digital marketing strategy, managing content and campaigns, running paid advertising, handling email marketing, coordinating creative production, tracking performance, and continuously improving our digital presence.
We are looking for someone who can think strategically but also get their hands dirty and execute.
You should be comfortable understanding technical products, visiting our facilities and customer sites, working with our sales and technical teams, coordinating with designers/video teams, and taking responsibility for getting work completed on time.
Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy for Indo Texnology and Count AI.
- Define target audiences, positioning, communication themes, content pillars and digital campaigns.
- Develop monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business and sales objectives.
- Identify new digital channels and opportunities for generating awareness, enquiries and qualified leads.
- Continuously evaluate what is working and improve the strategy based on data.
2. Content Strategy & Execution
- Develop a consistent content strategy for LinkedIn, YouTube, website and other relevant platforms.
- Create content calendars and ensure consistent execution.
- Develop product-focused, educational, technical, customer and thought-leadership content.
- Convert complex industrial, automation and AI concepts into content that customers can easily understand.
- Work closely with the founder, sales and technical teams to identify content opportunities.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers and video editors to produce high-quality content.
- Personally create simple creatives/posts when required rather than depending on a designer for everything.
3. Social Media
- Manage the digital presence of both brands, particularly LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Plan, publish and optimise posts, videos, carousels, case studies and other content.
- Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand presence.
- Monitor engagement, audience growth and content performance.
- Stay updated with relevant platform changes, formats and best practices.
4. Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
- Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across:
- YouTube
- Meta and other relevant platforms where appropriate
- Set up campaign objectives, audiences, creatives, budgets and tracking.
- Manage lead-generation and website traffic campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise for better-quality leads.
- Coordinate with sales to track leads from campaign → enquiry → opportunity.
- Manage advertising budgets responsibly and focus on measurable business outcomes.
Hands-on experience running campaigns is important. We are not looking for someone who simply coordinates with an advertising agency.
5. Email Marketing & Mailers
- Plan and execute regular email marketing campaigns and customer mailers.
- Develop mailing lists and audience segments.
- Create campaign content, subject lines and creatives.
- Manage email campaign platforms and scheduling.
- Track open rates, click-through rates, enquiries and conversions.
- Build targeted campaigns around products, launches, exhibitions, customer stories and company developments.
6. Creative & Brand Management
- Develop creative concepts for posters, advertisements, campaigns, presentations and other marketing material.
- Create basic marketing creatives independently where possible.
- Coordinate with graphic designers when professional design support is required.
- Coordinate photography and video shoots at factories, installations, exhibitions and customer sites.
- Brief designers, photographers and video editors clearly and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity and communication across both companies.
7. Website & Digital Assets
- Manage and continuously improve website content.
- Coordinate landing pages, product pages, case studies and campaign pages.
- Ensure websites remain updated with new products, installations, projects and company developments.
- Work with web developers when technical changes are required.
- Monitor website traffic and user behaviour.
8. Analytics & Reporting
- Track key digital marketing metrics across channels.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports.
- Analyse traffic, leads, engagement, campaign performance and conversion.
- Identify what content and campaigns are generating meaningful results.
- Recommend changes based on data rather than assumptions.
9. On-Ground Product Understanding
This is an important part of the role.
- Spend time understanding our products, machines, AI solutions and customer applications.
- Visit factories, installations and customer sites when required.
- Interact with engineers, technicians, salespeople and customers.
- Understand how our products solve real manufacturing problems.
- Convert these real-world experiences into compelling digital content.
You should genuinely enjoy learning how things work.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3–6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing digital marketing activities end-to-end, from strategy and planning through execution and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and Google/YouTube advertising.
- Experience planning and executing email marketing campaigns/mailers.
- Strong understanding of content strategy and social media marketing.
- Experience coordinating with graphic designers, photographers, video editors and other creative resources.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand products and convert technical information into clear marketing communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of deliverables.
- Strong organisational skills and discipline to maintain consistent execution.
- Willingness to work on-ground, including factory visits, customer visits, shoots and events.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B marketing, particularly industrial, manufacturing, engineering, automation, technology or SaaS.
- Experience marketing complex technical products.
- Experience generating leads through digital marketing for high-value B2B products or services.
- Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads and YouTube Ads.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4, Search Console and marketing automation/email platforms.
- Basic proficiency in Canva, Photoshop or similar design tools.
- Basic understanding of video/content production.
- Experience managing websites through WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Experience working directly with founders or senior management.
- Experience marketing to international/B2B customers is an advantage.
- Technical or engineering background is a plus, but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
