<div>We have an immediate opening for a full-time Leasing Consultant. Your work schedule will vary; Monday through Friday from 9:30 to 6:00 pm and you&rsquo;ll share a weekend rotational schedule with other employees.
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for marketing, sales, customer service and resident retention strategies to achieve desired occupancy and revenue as it relates to the designated property. The Leasing Consultant is crucial to establishing rapport and lasting impression of the community and therefore must provide a positive and professional customer service experience.
Essential Duties<ul><li>
Create and maintain lasting customer service relationships with current and potential residents</li><li>
Respond to internet leads, answer prospect calls and conduct property tours</li><li>
Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to drive property traffic, conversion ratios and retention goals</li><li>
Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and sell the value of community features as they relate to the customer needs</li></ul> 
Requirements<ul><li>
High School diploma, GED or related experience and/or training</li><li>
Customer service and sales aptitude and/or experience</li><li>
Ability to work your scheduled hours consistently as well as overtime when necessary</li><li>
Communicate effectively to comprehend and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment home features, respond to objections and answer questions</li><li>
Proficient customer service, interpersonal and follow-up skills for effective interaction with residents, prospects, employees, and other business contacts</li><li>
Ability to apply sales skills, such as generating sales leads, conducting sales presentations, qualifying prospects, and closing</li><li>
Proficient and fluent use of internet for marketing, advertising, and sales-related circumstances</li></ul> 
Physical Demands/Work Environment<ul><li>
Work is normally performed in office environment with moderate exposure to outside elements such as temperature and weather during tours</li><li>
Stand or walk or sit alternatively depending on the day&rsquo;s schedule, including bending, stooping, and squatting for filing frequently needed</li><li>
Ability to push/pull doors and climb stairs frequently needed to tour the property</li><li>
Lifting/carrying 10-25 lbs. occasionally needed</li></ul><div>
