As we expand, we are looking for a skilled professional to strengthen our finance and compliance operations.Role Overview We are seeking an Accountant &amp; Compliance Officer to manage daily financial operations and ensure compliance with UAE regulations. This is a hands-on role where you will oversee accounting activities, VAT compliance, and client onboarding in line with AML/KYC requirements.Key Responsibilities Accounting &amp; Finance<ul><li>Manage financial records from entry to finalization of accounts</li><li>Issue commission invoices to clients and property developers</li><li>Prepare and post journals and accruals</li><li>Monitor outstanding invoices, follow up on payments, and manage collections</li><li>Ensure VAT compliance and prepare VAT filings</li><li>Coordinate with auditors during annual audits</li></ul>Compliance (AML/KYC)<ul><li>Onboard clients by collecting and reviewing required documents</li><li>Verify client information to meet AML/KYC regulations</li><li>Monitor adherence to local and international compliance standards</li></ul>Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of accounting/finance experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in financial processing</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English (written &amp; spoken)</li><li>Experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software (preferred/required)</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting or Finance</li><li>Understanding of UAE VAT and compliance regulations</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary (based on experience)</li><li>Employment visa and medical insurance</li><li>30 days annual leave as per UAE labor law</li><li>Opportunity to grow within a well-established real estate company</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accountung: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>
