Construction Contractor (1099) Country Living Modular Homes &ndash; TexasCountry Living Modular Homes is looking for an experienced Construction Contractor to support home sets, punch lists, and service work across Texas. This is a 1099 role for someone who is skilled, dependable, and ready to hit the ground running.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Perform home installations, warranty work, and general repairs</li><li>Handle plumbing and electrical tasks as needed</li><li>Complete trim, skirting, drywall/paint, and other finish work</li><li>Provide before/after photos and timely job updates</li><li>Travel to job sites statewide (mileage/travel pay discussed per job)</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Need:<ul><li>Own truck/vehicle and full set of tools</li><li>Current insurance coverage</li><li>Proven experience in construction with plumbing and electrical skills</li><li>Current references required</li><li>Timely, dependable, and professional work ethic</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Monday&ndash;Friday with occasional weekends when needed</li></ul>Pay:<ul><li>Competitive, based on experience</li><li>On-time pay with opportunities for ongoing work</li></ul>Apply TodayJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hourWork Location: In person
