CP Feeds is looking to hire a full-time Class A CDL Feed Driver for our Wrightstown location. We are a manufacturing supplier of agriculture mixes and feed ingredients for Eastern Wisconsin. CP Feeds is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Country Visions Cooperative.</div></div><div><div>
The main responsibilities involve on-farm delivery and pick-up, reporting, operations, service, safety and maintenance.</div></div><div><div>
Hauling locally, home daily with NO overnight runs.</div></div><div><div><b>
COMPENSATION &amp; BENEFITS</b></div></div><ul><li><div>
Competitive pay &ndash; Hourly pay with an annual expectation of $65,000 to $95,000. Base pay dependent upon experience</div></li><li><div>

Deliver merchandise to customers in a manner that will optimize the CP Feeds market share and savings, improve the company&rsquo;s efficiency, help achieve our mission and goals, and result in outstanding customer service</div></li><li><div>
All farm deliveries are made with self-unloading hydraulic driven trailers; no drop and hook</div></li><li><div>
The driver will operate the same tractor and trailer every day, and you will be working with newer equipment</div></li><li><div>
Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the company and a favorable image of CP Feeds</div></li></ul><div><div><b>

First shift hours</div></li><li><div>
Work hours range from 50 to 60 per week</div></li></ul><div><div><b>
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS</b></div></div><ul><li><div>
Class A CDL is required</div></li><li><div>
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds</div></li><li><div>
Climbing up to heights of 30 feet</div></li><li><div>
Must have a clean driving record</div></li><li><div>
Clearly communicate both written and verbal</div></li><li><div>
Ability to work with minimal supervision</div></li><li><div>
Ability to troubleshoot equipment and repair as necessary</div></li><li><div>
Ability to read maps and follow directions</div></li></ul><div><div>
