Job Description:The HR &amp; Admin Officer will be responsible for managing all human resource and administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.Skills:<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and payroll systems.</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li><li>Problem-solving and time management skills.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience:Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of relevant experience in HR and Administrative roles, preferably in a construction or manufacturing company.HR Responsibilities:<ul><li>Preparing job descriptions and posting vacancies.</li><li>Recruitment and selection of employees.</li><li>Conducting interviews and onboarding new staff.</li><li>Maintaining employee personal files and attendance records.</li><li>Managing payroll, leaves, and benefits.</li><li>Preparing employment letters, contracts, and confirmations.</li><li>Implementing HR policies and code of conduct.</li><li>Handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions.</li><li>Conducting performance appraisals and evaluations.</li><li>Arranging training and development sessions.</li><li>Managing staff welfare and motivation activities.</li></ul>Admin Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervising office maintenance, utilities, and cleanliness.</li><li>Managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory.</li><li>Handling company vehicles, drivers, and logistics arrangements.</li><li>Managing office security and visitor control.</li><li>Coordinating repair and maintenance work.</li><li>Monitoring housekeeping and facility management.</li><li>Organizing meetings, travel, and accommodation arrangements.</li><li>Managing vendor contracts and service agreements.</li><li>Maintaining office records and documentation.</li><li>Supporting management in day-to-day administrative operations.</li></ul>LocationM.i Tower Nasheman Iqbal Phase 1 LahoreShare Your Resume+92333 1112829 Jobs@countrywide.pkJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
