We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, driving qualified leads, and improving ROI through data-driven strategies.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels</li><li>Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC campaigns to drive leads and conversions</li><li>Plan and optimize SEO strategies including on-page, technical SEO, and content optimization</li><li>Oversee website performance, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)</li><li>Track, analyze, and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Google Tag Manager</li><li>Monitor marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI</li><li>Conduct competitor analysis and identify new growth opportunities</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in Digital Marketing</li><li>Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Analytics</li><li>Hands-on experience with lead generation and performance marketing</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Console.</li><li>Basic understanding of HTML, CMS platforms</li></ul>NOTE: THIS IS A NIGHT SHIFT JOB (6 PM IST TO 3 AM IST)Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹10,919.75 - ₹25,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>English, Hindi (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
