SUMMARY
The Grocery Stocker duties include but are not limited to providing excellent customer service, gaining product knowledge, rotation of product, merchandising, and controlling shrink while working in a safe manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul><li>Delivers superior guest service and ensures absolute customer satisfaction</li><li>
Learns and uses the three Es: Engagement, Educate, Empowerment</li><li>
Quality assurance checks of department</li><li>
Proper handling and rotation of product</li><li>
Promotes and supports established programs</li><li>
Day to day operational procedures to ensure stock level, inventory, and cleanliness on the selling floor and backroom</li><li>
Promotes sales</li><li>
Works within company programs, policies and procedures</li><li>
Follows all safety policies and procedures; is a safety role model</li><li>
