As a Barista, you will play a key role in providing excellent service, crafting delicious beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO 

<ul><li>Prepare and serve high-quality Starbucks beverages according to company recipes and standards.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and creating a friendly, welcoming environment.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and other tools.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the beverage preparation area, customer seating, and restroom facilities.</li></ul>

SKILLS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
<ul><li>Experience in a food service role in a restaurant, hotel or similar environment preferred.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Must have attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines.</li></ul>
