We are looking for a professional mixologist who has a passion for creating memories through their drink preparation and experimentation. Enthusiastic personality paired with the ability to work in a high paced environment is a recipe for success.</p></div>

Responsibilities</b><b> include</b><b>:</b></p></div>
<div><div><ul>
<li><p>Greet guests, answer guests&rsquo; questions, and recommend food pairings.</p></li>
<li><p>
Ability to mix drinks and experiment.</p></li>
<li><p>
Plan and develop drink menus.</p></li>
<li><p>
Handle cash, credit, and debit cards transactions, ensuring accurate charge and cash drawer is balanced.</p></li>
<li><p>
Maintain a clean work area, removing trash, clearing tables, and washing glasses and equipment.</p></li>
</ul></div></div>
<div><div><ul><li><p>Adhere to the federal and state age limits as well as safety and procedures of the hotel.</p></li>
<li><p>
Limited kitchen and food preparation is expected.</p></li>
<li><p>
Basic computer skills.</p></li>

<li>Have a keen eye for detail, time management and great customer service skills.</li>
<li>Pleasant and friendly demeanor.</li>
<li>Knowledge of and adhere to all alcohol related law.</li>
<li>Must obtain or possess the necessary certifications to serve alcohol.</li>
<li>Able to work as a team and independently.</li>
<li>Flexible working hours.</li>
<li>Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.</li>
<li>Physical mobility and stamina.</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a background check</li>
<li>Ability to follow instructions.</li>
