About the Role
The Director, Integrated Data Services (Analytics) is responsible for advancing Covenant House&rsquo;s fundraising goals through the execution of data analytics projects, including developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.
In this role, you will report directly to the AVP, Integrated Data Services, and will initially serve as an individual contributor with the opportunity to build and lead a team of data analysts. You will have the opportunity to shape Covenant House&rsquo;s data and analytics strategy, expand and optimize our data warehouse, and support the integration of advanced analytics tools. You will also play a key role in recommending solutions that enhance data-driven decision-making and improve fundraising effectiveness, helping us better serve young people experiencing homelessness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Data Analysis &amp; Reporting
<ul><li>Analyze donor and campaign data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities
</li></ul><ul><li>Develop and automate reports, dashboards, and visualizations that translate data into actionable insights
</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data and reporting needs, opportunities, and solutions aligned with organizational objectives
</li></ul><ul><li>Provide consultation on design, implementation, and assessment of statistical models and scoring methodologies to attain targeted performance outcomes in collaboration with campaign teams
</li></ul><ul><li>Build reporting solutions for areas such as file health, lifetime value, marketing attribution, and cost to acquire, and monitor for learnings and opportunities
</li></ul>Data Infrastructure &amp; Operations<ul>
<li>
Assist with the ongoing development and maintenance of our data warehouse
</li></ul><ul><li>Integrate new data sources and support analytics tool implementation and maintenance
</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor and enforce data quality standards across systems
</li></ul>Fundraising Support
<ul><li>Partner with audience managers and campaign teams to design queries, tests, donor segmentation strategies, and campaign tracking systems that inform donor-centric decisions
</li></ul><ul><li>Support campaign teams in setting cost allowables to optimize paid media investment management and budget cycles
</li></ul><ul><li>Perform attribution analyses, developing reports that showcase the impact of multi-touch investments and omnichannel match-back reporting capabilities
</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct donor migration path analyses to understand how donors are moving in and out of channels and programs
</li></ul>Collaboration<ul>
<li>
Work with external vendors on the implementation of predictive models and other analytics tools.
</li></ul><ul><li>Serve as part of the business intelligence hub for the organization, meeting with business teams to support strategy development and identify analytical and business intelligence needs
</li></ul><ul><li>This role does not currently have direct reports but is expected to supervise at least one team member within the next year as the analytics function grows. The Director will be responsible for fostering professional development and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of analytics services as the team expands

</li></ul><ul><li>Integrate fundraising data sources into a Redshift data warehouse to enable comprehensive performance analysis
</li></ul><ul><li>Produce in-depth analyses on donor trends, segmentation, and giving behaviors to inform marketing strategies and targeted outreach</li>
</ul>Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
<ul><li>Hands-on experience analyzing data to drive results in fundraising or marketing across online and offline channels
</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in data exploration, visualization, and reporting using Excel, Power BI, Power Pivot, Power Query, SQL, or similar
</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of predictive modeling and statistical analysis
</li></ul><ul><li>Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis
</li></ul><ul><li>Proven ability to communicate complex findings visually, verbally, and in writing to diverse audiences
</li></ul><ul><li>Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
</li></ul>Required Qualifications
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Data Science, or a related field; or, in place of a degree, a minimum of 2 years of analytics experience within nonprofit or marketing settings
</li></ul><ul><li>5+ years of experience in analytics roles within nonprofit or marketing environments
</li></ul>To qualify, candidates should have a bachelor&rsquo;s degree plus at least 5 years of relevant experience, or, if without a bachelor&rsquo;s degree, a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Qualifications
<ul><li>Direct experience with nonprofit CRM systems
</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with GA4 and/or BigQuery
</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with Python or R
</li></ul>Travel Requirements
<ul><li>Ability to travel once per year to New York City in January for our annual in-person traditions.
</li></ul><ul><li>Outside of our annual traditions, this position is remote. While occasional travel for meetings may be requested, such instances have historically been infrequent.

About the Role
The Coordinator, Web Content and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) (internal title: Coordinator, Integrated Marketing (Web Content and SEO)) will play a key role in optimizing Covenant House&rsquo;s digital presence across the federation, ensuring our web properties reach and engage our audiences effectively. You&rsquo;ll focus on the creation and optimization of engaging, accessible, and mission-aligned content that supports fundraising, awareness, and advocacy goals while maintaining SEO and UX best practices.
In this role, you&rsquo;ll join the Web Services Team, and will report directly to the AVP, Web Marketing and Experience. Your work will help streamline content workflows, strengthen messaging consistency, and improve efficiency in web updates. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Content Creation &amp; Optimization<ul>

<li>Write, edit, and publish mission-aligned, search optimized, and engaging web content to support campaigns, increase relevant web traffic and revenue
</li></ul><ul><li>Optimize existing web content and on-page elements to improve user experience, traditional search engine and AI search visibility
</li></ul><ul><li>Review, edit, and optimize submitted content from internal stakeholders to ensure quality, consistency, and strategic alignment
</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure all content is accessible, follows SEO &amp; UX best practices, and adheres to the organization&rsquo;s brand voice and messaging guidelines
</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct quality assurance for new pages, updates, and launches
</li></ul><ul><li>Brainstorm and research industry-related topics to identify new and creative content opportunities</li>
</ul>
Content Strategy &amp; Execution<ul>

Support the development and execution of a content strategy that enhances user engagement and is aligned with organizational goals
</li></ul><ul><li>Help manage and maintain a web content calendar to ensure timely updates, alignment with campaigns, and strategic content publishing
</li></ul><ul><li>Provide content guidance and SEO support to internal teams contributing web content</li>

Performance Monitoring &amp; Reporting
<ul><li>Track and report on content performance, engagement metrics and SEO outcomes
</li></ul><ul><li>Identify gaps and opportunities for new or improved content based on data insights, audience behavior, search trends
</li></ul>Professional Development
<ul><li>Stay informed about the latest trends in digital content, SEO, and UX best practices to keep content competitive
</li></ul><ul><li>Proactively recommend improvements based on industry best practices and evolving user needs
</li></ul>Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities<ul>

Strong understanding of content marketing principles and strategies

Travel Requirements
<ul><li>Ability to travel once per year to New York City in January for our two annual in-person traditions: our Staff Day of Renewal and our Holiday Celebration
