About the Role</b></div></div><div><div>
We&rsquo;re seeking a PHP Developer to join our onsite team in Clearwater, FL. You&rsquo;ll work closely with the CTO and our overseas development team on both new feature development and new internal systems, in addition to evolving our existing CRM and phone platforms. You'll collaborate directly with department heads to translate business needs into technical solutions. This is a high-impact, full-time on-site role &mdash; local candidates only.</div></div><div><div><b>
Responsibilities</b></div></div><ul><li><div>
Design, build, and deliver new internal applications, features, and system enhancements</div></li><li><div>
Develop and evolve our custom CRM and integrated phone systems</div></li><li><div>
Translate business and operational requirements into new technical solutions and architectures</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with department heads to launch new tools, workflows, and automation</div></li><li><div>
Analyze data and contribute to reporting and business intelligence initiatives</div></li><li><div>
Write and maintain technical documentation for new and existing systems</div></li><li><div>
Follow modern PHP and object-oriented programming best practices</div></li><li><div>
Use Git for version control and Jira for task tracking</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with cross-functional and international development teams</div></li></ul><div><div><b>
Required Qualifications</b></div></div><div><ul><li>5+ years of professional experience in web development and software design</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong proficiency in PHP (OOP), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience designing and working with MySQL databases</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to work on-site in Clearwater, FL</li></ul></div><div><div><b>
Preferred Skills</b></div></div><div><ul><li>Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Familiarity with Asterisk or telephony systems</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience with MariaDB, AWS, and Linux environments</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Background building new systems or maintaining CRM or enterprise-level platforms</li></ul></div></div>
