<div>The Parts &amp; Sales Representative is responsible for driving parts revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships within an assigned territory. Primary Duties/Key Responsibilities

Required Experience &amp; Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

Parts Sales Representative CAI

<div>Overview: 
 
Ready Logistics is launching a dedicated Fraud &amp; Risk Management Team to proactively safeguard our carrier network, inventory, and operational integrity. This team will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and mitigating risks related to compromised carrier accounts, fraudulent activity, and inventory theft. The team will work cross-functionally with internal departments and external partners to ensure secure and compliant logistics operations. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
<ul><li>
Manage end-to-end processes for identifying and resolving compromised carrier accounts due to fraud.</li><li>
Monitor carrier activity using the Risk Factor feature in RMIS and respond to alerts indicating suspicious behavior.</li><li>
Investigate anomalies in carrier behavior, documentation, or transaction patterns.</li><li>
Ensure carriers maintain appropriate insurance coverage based on vehicle types.</li><li>
Conduct regular audits of insurance documentation and expiration dates.</li><li>
Collaborate with RMIS and internal systems to flag and follow up on non-compliant carriers.</li><li>
Partner with Manheim Security, Claims, and Central Dispatch teams to investigate and resolve incidents involving theft or loss of inventory.</li><li>
Monitor high-value vehicle inventory and ensure assignments are made only to trusted carriers with verified insurance and compliance status.</li><li>
Serve as a liaison between Logistics, Security, Claims, and Compliance teams to streamline fraud response and prevention efforts.</li><li>
Provide training and guidance to internal teams on fraud indicators and escalation procedures.</li><li>
Maintain dashboards and reports tracking fraud incidents, carrier risk scores, insurance compliance, and theft investigations.</li><li>
Analyze trends to identify emerging risks and recommend proactive measures.</li><li>
Develop and refine SOPs for fraud detection, carrier vetting, and inventory protection.</li><li>
Recommend system enhancements to improve fraud detection capabilities.</li><li>
Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory changes impacting logistics fraud and risk management.</li></ul> 

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in logistics, compliance, fraud prevention, or risk management.</li><li>
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with carrier vetting platforms (e.g., RMIS).</li><li>

As a Senior Data Engineer on the Applied Research team, you design, build, and maintain the data infrastructure and pipelines that power the team's analytical products and models. Sr Data Engineer - Applied Research & Decision Support

<div>This position is NOT remote- it is conducted on-site, in office 
 
This position ensures accurate, efficient recording of vehicle and customer information/ during the sale and provides administrative support to the auctioneer on sale days from a local Cox Automotive Manheim location virtually. The Auction Support Specialist verifies sold vehicle information for accuracy prior to completion of transaction and obtains customer signatures as appropriate. This position may perform other duties remotely as identified for efficiencies. 
 
Part time position: Approximately 15-20 hours per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday schedule)

Key Responsibilities:
