What You'll Do 
 
You'll be responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics of fleet operations, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained and repaired promptly. You will: 
<ul><li>
Assess and assign all open events.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Verify proper authorization has been obtained to dispatch the event.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Assign the appropriate and nearest service provider to make requested repairs.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Advise the customer of the estimated time of arrival and follow instructions according to their requirements.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Inform supervisor on duty of any delays with the service provider's estimated time of arrival or problems with repairs.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Address problems and customer inquiries as they arise.</li></ul> 

Who You Are 
 
You are a proactive problem solver who is eager to grow their career in the automotive industry. Here's what else you bring to the table: 
 
Minimum: 
<ul><li>
High school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field (Dispatching for breakdown and/or tire, medium to heavy duty vehicle maintenance). The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as an advanced degree or certification in a related discipline (Medium/Heavy Duty Truck Technology) or 5 years of experience in a related field (Dispatching for breakdown and/or tire, medium to heavy duty vehicle maintenance).</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
A strong knowledge of dispatching and multitasking.</li></ul> 

Preferred: 
<ul><li>
Degree in related discipline or industry experience</li></ul> 

Availability: 
<ul><li>
Class start date: June 1, 2026</li><li>
Training schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm ET</li><li>
Available work schedules: TBD, but we operate in a 24/7/365 environment. Most work schedules will be either weekend, 2nd (Evening/Nights), or 3rd (Overnights) shift</li></ul>

USD 18.17 - 27.31 per hour 
 
Compensation: 
 
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $18.17 - $27.31/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. 
 
Benefits: 
 
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of 6.67 hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.

Breakdown Coordinator (Cox Fleet)

<div>This position is NOT remote- it is conducted on-site, in office 
 
This position ensures accurate, efficient recording of vehicle and customer information/ during the sale and provides administrative support to the auctioneer on sale days from a local Cox Automotive Manheim location virtually. The Auction Support Specialist verifies sold vehicle information for accuracy prior to completion of transaction and obtains customer signatures as appropriate. This position may perform other duties remotely as identified for efficiencies. 
 
Part time position: Approximately 15-20 hours per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday schedule) 
 
Sign on Bonus: 
 
$1,000 Sign on Bonus after 90 days of employment 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
<ul><li>
Utilize the AS400 system to record lane and Simulcast bid amounts, enter customer data, process all sold units, and verify/enter lights.</li><li>
Work with auctioneer virtually to verify system information accurately represents vehicle.</li><li>
Verify vehicle run order to ensure appropriate vehicle is being keyed and sold.</li><li>
Operate monitor virtually, work with auctioneer to review Simulcast bids.</li><li>
Provide arbitration and other vehicle announcements to support auctioneer.</li><li>
Call and E-mail on late titles.</li><li>
Utilize salesforce for title absent support.</li><li>
In partnership of client services contact center operations to receive and respond to customer requests through various channels (e.g. phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems).</li><li>
Other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 

Minimum Qualifications: 
 
 
<ul><li>High School Diploma/GED</li><li>
Generally, less than 2 years of experience</li><li>
Effective communication skills required.</li><li>
Must possess good problem-solving and organizational skills.</li><li>
Ability to remain focused and composed during fast-paced sale-day activities.</li><li>
Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.</li><li>
Ability to lift 1-10 pounds.</li><li>
Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.</li></ul> 

Preferred Qualifications: 
<ul><li>
Ability to read, write and speak in Spanish.</li></ul> 

Work Environment 
<ul><li>
Occasional exposure to fumes, odors and weather conditions.</li></ul> 
USD 15.10 - 22.69 per hour
