We are seeking a Senior Website Specialist to join our dynamic organization managing multiple Enterprise and Fleet B2B websites dedicated to driving engagement and impactful digital interactions. Reporting directly to our Senior Manager, you will have the opportunity to hone your technical skills while contributing to our overall digital strategy. 
 
What You'll Do
 
 
Day-to-Day Website Management: 
<ul><li>
Plan, prioritize, and track work across multiple B2B websites to deliver on Enterprise and Mobility objectives.
</li><li>Update and manage website content across all B2B sites to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with our brand strategy.
</li>Monitor site performance and user experience, proactively identifying areas for improvement.

Backend Maintenance &amp; Technical Updates: 
<ul><li>
Align technical operations with broader marketing and business goals.
</li><li>Collaborate with the team to implement technical improvements such as system integrations, plugin updates, and custom feature enhancements.
</li>Perform regular backend updates including fixes, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure website stability, accessibility and security.

Technical SEO Expert: 
<ul><li>
Assist in developing and executing strategies that boost site performance, SEO, and overall digital engagement, with a focus on optimizing SEO for AI-generated content (AIO) and leveraging AI technologies to enhance discoverability and user experience.
</li><li>Understanding search engine algorithms, proficiency in troubleshooting website issues, and the ability to optimize site performance and security while ensuring adherence to SEO best practices.
</li><li>Website Audits: Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting search engine crawls and indexation. Identify and resolve issues such as broken links, duplicate content, and server errors.
</li><li>Core Web Vitals: focus on key areas such as Site Speed Optimization, Mobile Friendliness, URL Structure etc.
</li>Crawlability and Indexability: Manage robots.txt files, sitemaps, and internal linking to ensure effective crawling and indexing by search engines.

Collaboration &amp; Communication: 
<ul><li>
Partner with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and dependencies, and communicate status, risks, and mitigations clearly.
</li><li>Coordinate initiatives such as shared templates, analytics standards, and performance improvements to ensure consistency.
</li><li>Manage relationships with design and development agencies to align briefs, deliverables, and timelines with business goals.
</li><li>Coordinate handoffs, provide timely feedback, and validate deliverables through QA/UAT before release.
</li>Track scope and capacity, escalate risks or blockers early, and drive resolution to keep multi-site initiatives on schedule.

Documentation &amp; Reporting: 
<ul><li>
Maintain detailed records of updates, fixes, and improvements for accountability and future reference.
</li>Use key website tools, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and SEMrush, to report website metrics and performance updates, providing insights for strategic refinement.

Who You Are/ Qualifications 
 
Minimum: 
<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years of experience; a PhD and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years' experience in a related field with no degree.
</li><li>Proven experience managing multiple websites, preferably within a B2B environment.
</li><li>Diagnose and resolve website issues promptly, implementing solutions that enhance performance and security.
</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
</li><li>Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive, aesthetically pleasing web presentations that resonate with our audience.
</li><li>Maintain high standards for all website updates, ensuring accuracy and quality from simple content tweaks to complex technical fixes.
</li><li>Hands-on experience with WordPress, and familiarity with common CMS platforms. Experience with WPVIP Platform is preferred. (WordPress, WordPress VIP, GitHub, etc.), and a solid understanding of both frontend and backend web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP).
</li><li>Experience with common plugins like Yoast SEO, Jetpack and OneTrust for optimization, compliance, and security.
</li><li>Skilled in integrating WordPress with marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and third-party APIs, as well as exploring AI-driven solutions for personalization, content optimization, and workflow automation.
</li><li>Experience with tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs for keyword research, backlink analysis, and competitive insights.
</li><li>Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Search Console, Looker Studio, Domo and SEMrush.
</li><li>Exposure to email automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
</li><li>Experience with Hotjar, Clarity or similar tools for heatmaps, session recordings, and A/B testing.
</li>Working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).

Compensation: 
 
Compensation includes a base salary of $72,200.00 - $108,200.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
