What You'll Do

Assist with the opening/closing of one of our store retail environments.</li><li>
Properly handle cash</li><li>
Engage in workshops, special events, and product demos</li><li>
Support your fellow sales agents when needed</li><li>
Continuously expands knowledge of current Cox products as well as competitor product offerings by participating in regular training classes</li><li>

Targeted total compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to: location, candidate experience level, and successful completion of minimum sales targets. Compensation includes a full-time hourly base rate of $16.38 hr. plus monthly targeted commissions of $1,279. Employees also receive a ramp period of up to 2 months to adjust to commission earnings.</li></ul>

Minimum:

HS diploma/GED or up to 2 years of relevant work experience</li><li>
Ability to meet established sales, retention, and customer experience targets</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively sell products using a consultative, solutions-based approach and influence customer decisions</li><li>
Ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base</li><li>
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a service-oriented, fast-paced team environment</li><li>
Ability to be mobile within the store for long periods of time to greet customers and demonstrate products and services</li><li>
Computer literacy with an aptitude for learning communication products, services, and accessories</li><li>

Compensation: 
 
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $15.29 - $22.88/hour. The hourly rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. In addition to the hourly range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $15,348.00. 
 
Benefits: 
 
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
