We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Paralegal with 4&ndash;5+ years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing a high-volume caseload while meeting monthly billing goals.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle insurance defense matters with minimal supervision</li><li>Order and obtain records via subpoena (DWQ) and FOIA requests</li><li>Review and analyze medical records, including preparation of medical chronologies and paid vs. incurred charts</li><li>Draft pleadings, including answers and motions</li><li>E-file with Texas state and federal courts</li><li>Interview clients, drivers, and witnesses</li><li>Communicate effectively with courts and opposing counsel</li><li>Schedule depositions, mediations, and hearings</li><li>Bill time accurately and consistently to meet 130+ hours per month</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 4&ndash;5 years of insurance defense experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of Texas and federal court e-filing systems</li><li>Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Work Location: RemoteTexas, Oklahoma and ArizonaJob Type: Full-timeProjected Total Compensation: Up to $85,000.00 per yearApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you located in one of the following states: Texas, Oklahoma or Arizona?</li><li>Are you comfortable working in a remote setting? </li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Insurance Defense: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
