We're excited to expand our team with a TikTok Specialist &amp; Content Creator who will play a pivotal role in bringing our brand to life through engaging, trend-forward content. This role will own TikTok strategy and execution while also supporting in-house creative production-filming, editing, and occasionally stepping in front of the camera.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Own and execute Cozy Earth's TikTok content strategy, driving growth, engagement, and brand awareness</li><li>
Create, film, and edit short-form video content aligned with brand voice and current trends</li><li>
Stay on top of TikTok trends, sounds, and platform updates, quickly translating them into relevant content</li><li>
Develop and evolve core content pillars (e.g., Bed Rot and other branded series), turning them into repeatable, high-performing content formats</li><li>
Collaborate with marketing, growth creative, and influencer teams to bring campaigns to life on TikTok</li><li>
Analyze performance and optimize content based on insights and data</li><li>
Be comfortable both behind and in front of the camera to help create authentic, relatable content</li><li>
Other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>
Proven experience managing or growing a TikTok account (personal or brand)</li><li>
Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithm, and best practices</li><li>
Experience creating short-form video content from concept to execution</li><li>
Comfortable filming, editing, and using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar</li><li>
Creative storyteller with a strong eye for content that performs</li><li>
Highly collaborative with strong communication skills</li><li>
Ability to move quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Experience with a DTC or eCommerce brand is a plus</li></ul>
