Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX, Web &amp; Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into visually appealing and user-friendly designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, understand user behavior, and be comfortable working across web, mobile, and marketing creatives.Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Design<ul><li>Design intuitive and user-centric interfaces for websites and web apps</li><li>Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and UI mockups</li><li>Conduct basic user research and usability improvements</li><li>Ensure consistency in design systems, colors, typography, and components</li></ul>Web Design<ul><li>Design responsive website layouts (desktop, tablet, mobile)</li><li>Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation</li><li>Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and usability</li></ul>Graphic Design<ul><li>Create marketing creatives: social media posts, banners, ads, brochures, presentations</li><li>Design logos, brand assets, and visual identities</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials</li></ul>Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams</li><li>Take feedback positively and iterate designs efficiently</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch</li><li>Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva</li><li>Understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory</li><li>Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (plus, not mandatory)</li><li>Experience with responsive and mobile-first design</li><li>Good communication and time-management skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in startup or fast-paced environments</li><li>Knowledge of motion graphics or tools like After Effects (bonus)</li><li>Portfolio showcasing UI/UX, web, and graphic design work</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From ₹15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
