<div></div><div><b>POSITION SUMMARY:</b></div>
<div>The Director, Commissioning Construction Services is involved with assisting owners, engineers, and other company professionals to observe proper installation and performance of building systems.</div>
<div></div><div><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></div>

<div>Lead the commissioning teams responsible for construction completion verification, the functional testing of systems and hardware, and assisting operations with a complete site turnover.</div>
<ul><li>Develop the Commissioning Plan and coordinate the resources to define and manage the commissioning scope of work.</li>
<li>Ensure that system commissioning procedures are developed, approved and finalized, and that they include the appropriate content and detail to assure safe and thorough commissioning.</li>
<li>Carry out commissioning design reviews to minimize the commissioning schedule.</li>
<li>Set priorities for system turnover that allows for the safe commissioning of systems while the construction completes and turns over the remaining systems.</li>
<li>Ensure that the project scope is divided up into systems that are defined to support ease of commissioning and develop system and sub-system list in order of priority.</li>
<li>Ensure systems are validated to meet performance specifications.</li>
<li>Ensure that the commissioning execution plan includes the materials, special tools, and specialist engineering and vendor support for safe, productive commissioning.</li>
<li>Monitor and coordinate teams across all commissioning activities, including contractor teams.</li>
<li>Monitor and coordinate timely and correct resolution of commissioning punch list items.</li>
<li>Ensure a two-week look ahead work plan is established and managed, and that daily management activities are in place to monitor progress against the commissioning schedule.</li>
<li>Oversee final reports and ensure that they are handed over in a timely fashion.</li>
<li>Provide support and training to commissioning personnel, ensuring personnel are competent and possess the required skills and tools.</li>
<li>Provide accurate reporting on status including identification of issues or concerns, which may impact project delivery.</li>
<li>Immediately rectify or stop any unsafe work or operations.</li>
<li>Intervene when personnel are failing to discharge their health and safety responsibilities and encourage good behavior and practice.</li>

<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or related field</li>
<li>At least 10 years or related experience</li>

<ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft office or similar software</li>
</ul><div><b>Certificates and Licenses:</b></div>

<div><b>LOCATION: Abilene, TX</b></div>
<div></div><div><b>POSITION SUMMMARY:</b> The Critical Systems Technician I, HVAC works under the direct supervision of senior technician and is required to assist in the operations, maintenance, and monitoring of the data center and supporting infrastructure.<br>
<br>

Perform work in a thorough and neat manner in accordance with industry standards, codes, and laws.<br>

Air and water-cooled reciprocating chillers<br>
<br>
Centrifugal and screw package chillers<br>

Natural gas boilers and unit heaters<br>

Pneumatic, DDC and Variable Frequency Drive controls<br>

HVAC air distribution systems, AHU&rsquo;S, FCU&rsquo;S, Fans and other devices used in air distribution.<br>

Various types of water pumps used in the HVAC industry.<br>
<br>
Responsible for maintaining their assigned equipment in a clean, first class, efficient operating condition.<br>
<br>
Strive for continual improvement of technical skills through experience and trade literature.<br>
<br>
Exhibit a desire to learn and excel in the HVAC industry.<br>

Required to perform after-hours assignments.<br>
