This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on impactful municipal infrastructure projects from initial planning and design through permitting, construction, and project close-out. Duties Include:</b></h3><br>

Assist in the planning, design, and construction administration of water and wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, pipelines, and utility systems.</li>
<li>Prepare construction drawings, technical specifications, design calculations, permitting documents, and cost estimates.</li>
<li>Perform technical analysis and research, hydraulic modeling, and report preparation.</li>
<li>Engage directly with municipal clients, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders.</li>
<li>Participate in field investigations, site visits, and construction oversight.</li>
<li>Effectively multi-task and work on multiple projects while adhering to project schedules and budgets.</li></ul><br>

Requirements:</b></h3><br>

Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering</li>
<li>Must have passed their FE Exam</li>
<li>3+ years of relevant experience in water/wastewater engineering</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook</li>
<li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, WaterCAD, or similar design software is a plus</li>
<li>Familiarity with Deltek Vision and Smartsheet or similar software is a plus</li></ul><br>

</div><div>The <b>Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer </b>is responsible for directing the engineering design team in a variety of water/wastewater projects throughout the entire cycle from initial concept through successful completion. This role involves coordinating the efforts of the engineering team, contractors, and project managers to achieve project goals efficiently. The Senior Project Engineer will ensure all aspect of the project design, from planning to final delivery are met within budget and meeting the required quality standards.</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Duties Include</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li>
Leading and managing the planning, design, and production of lift stations, pipelines and/or water/wastewater treatment systems.</li>
<li>Overseeing others, providing scopes, and ensuring alignment with goals, schedules, and budget.</li>
<li>Uses team management skills to lead the design group during the conceptual phase of product development following CPH and client&rsquo;s standards and templates.</li>
<li>Directs development of an action plan and estimates requirements for resources management, labor, materials, and time required to complete project.</li>
<li>Developing deliverables including plans, design reports and technical specifications.</li>
<li>Supervising junior engineers in evaluation of shop drawings, and oversight of construction administration duties as the Engineer of Record.</li>
<li>Monitoring progress of development project and compares actual costs with estimates.</li>
<li>Preparing monthly reports, detailing progress, and costs for next level management.</li>
<li>Working with Project Managers to develop scope and manhour estimates for various projects.</li>
<li>Reviewing and studying existing equipment, facilities, systems, and processes to improve efficiency, increase quality, and reduce costs.</li>
<li>Periodic travel to perform business development, project management, site investigations, and construction observation. Duties include preparation or review of subsequent reports and exhibits.</li>
<li>Collaborating with other Project Engineers from different plants to share similar problems and solutions.</li>
<li>Serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external clients.</li></ul><br>

<li>Proven project management skills with a track record of client-facing responsibility.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) regulations and permitting processes.</li>
