Job Title: ROC Compliance Executive / ROC AssociateKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Preparation &amp; filing of ROC forms (e-forms) with MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs).</li><li>Handling company incorporations (Private, Public, LLPs, OPCs).</li><li>Filing of annual returns &amp; financial statements (AOC-4, MGT-7).</li><li>Compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and MCA guidelines.</li><li>Preparation of Board Resolutions, Minutes, Notices, Agreements.</li><li>Filing for change of directors, auditors, registered office, share capital, charges, etc.</li><li>Maintaining statutory registers &amp; records.</li><li>Coordinating with clients for ROC/MCA related compliance.</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Knowledge of Companies Act &amp; LLP Act.</li><li>Familiarity with MCA21 portal, V3 filing.</li><li>Good drafting skills (Resolutions, Agreements, Notices).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office &amp; compliance tools.</li><li>Attention to detail &amp; deadline orientation.</li></ul>Eligibility:<ul><li>Semi-qualified CA / CS / B.Com / M.Com with experience in ROC filings.</li><li>Freshers with good knowledge of MCA filings may also apply.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
