Pay Range: $120,000.00+ annually, depending upon experience; potential for incentive bonus as well.

How will you contribute to our team?<ul><li>
Litify Platform Development:<ul><li>
Design and develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs to automate personal injury case workflows.</li><li>
Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.</li><li>
Create and maintain Process Builder flows and Screen Flows.</li><li>
Configure Litify Matter Plans with automated tasks.</li><li>
Develop custom objects and fields.</li></ul></li><li>
Document AutomationManagement:<ul><li>
Implement automated document merge capabilities.</li><li>
Build bulk document generation processes.</li><li>
Configure Docrio integration for template management.</li><li>
Create multi-merge workflows.</li><li>
Establish automated PDF generation and e-signature workflows.</li></ul></li><li>
IntegrationAPI Development:<ul><li>
Develop REST and SOAP API integrations.</li><li>
Build real-time data synchronization.</li><li>
Create secure API endpoints.</li><li>
Implement Platform Events for real-time notifications.</li><li>
Establish middleware solutions.</li></ul></li><li>
Data ManagementAnalytics:<ul><li>
Design and implement custom dashboards and reports.</li><li>
Create automated data validation rules and duplicate management for records.</li><li>
Build SOQL-based solutions for complex queries.</li><li>
Implement Einstein Analytics solutions.</li><li>
Establish data governance protocols (HIPAA and legal data security).</li></ul></li><li>
Quality AssurancePerformance Optimization:<ul><li>
Write comprehensive unit tests.</li><li>
Perform code reviews.</li><li>
Monitor system performance and optimize code.</li><li>
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.</li><li>
Maintain development documentation.</li></ul></li><li>
User TrainingSupport:<ul><li>
Provide technical guidance and training.</li><li>
Create user documentation and training materials.</li><li>
Collaborate with end users to gather requirements.</li><li>
Serve as primary technical contact.</li></ul></li><li>
Project ManagementCollaboration:<ul><li>
Participate in Agile development cycles.</li><li>
Collaborate with legal teams.</li><li>
Work with external vendors and consultants.</li><li>

Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related technical field from an accredited institution.</li><li>
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative development tools.</li><li>
2+ years of experience with Litify platform development, customization, and administration preferred.</li><li>
Experience in legal technology, case management systems, or personal injury law firm operations strongly preferred.</li><li>
Proven track record of successful system implementations and integrations in enterprise environments.</li></ul> 
Required Technical Competencies:<ul><li>
Salesforce Platform Expertise: Advanced in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Object Model, and governor limits optimization.</li><li>
Salesforce Artificial Intelligence: Einstein AI proficiency</li><li>
Lightning Development: Expert in Lighting Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Lightning App Builder, and Lightning Design System.
</li><li>Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I required; Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, and Administrator preferred.</li><li>
Integration Technologies: REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Outbound Messages, Salesforce Connect, MuleSoft, Tray.io.
</li><li>Development Tools: Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, Git version control, CI/CD 5 pipeline management.</li><li>
Database: Advanced data modeling, relationship design, custom objects, Data Loader. Salesforce Inspector</li><li>
Web Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+, modern frontend frameworks.
</li><li>SecurityCompliance: Enterprise security protocols, data privacy, access control.
</li><li>Performance Optimization: Code efficiency, bulk processing, system monitoring.
</li><li>TestingQuality Assurance: Unit testing, integration, automated testing framework experience.

Preferred Technical Skills (LitifyLaw Firm Specific):<ul><li>
Matter Management: Legal case management workflows, client-matter relationships, and case progression tracking.</li><li>
Database Experience: SQL, relational database concepts, and data warehouse principles for complex integrations.</li><li>
Document Automation: Document merge functionality, template configuration, and bulk processing capabilities.</li><li>
Legal Workflow Knowledge: Personal injury case lifecycles, intake processes, and settlement workflows.</li><li>
Compliance Understanding: HIPAA requirements, legal data privacy, and attorney-client privilege protections.</li><li>
Legal Tech Integration: Integrating with medical record providers, insurance systems, or legal-specific third-party applications.</li></ul> 
Project ManagementSoft Skills:<ul><li>
Agile/SCRUM methodology experience with ability to work in 2-week sprint cycles.</li><li>
