Reports to: Manager, People Operations
Format: On-site (Glendale, AZ)
Job Summary: The Talent AcquisitionOnboarding Coordinator plays a key role on the People Operations team, supporting high-level event catering and concessions operations. This position manages the full recruitment lifecycle and delivers seamless, high-quality candidate and new hire experience while partnering closely with department and regional leaders.
Primary Job Duties:
<ul><li>Manages full cycle recruitment process including hiring manager intake meetings, job postings, sourcing candidates, candidate screenings, scheduling interviews, candidate communication, etc.
</li><li>Cultivates strong and productive relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and new hires to ensure an engaging onboarding process</li><li>
Ensures regular communication with candidates and hiring managers, keeping them informed
</li><li>Prepares candidate comparison summaries and hiring analysis</li><li>
Supports full-time, part-time, seasonal, and event-based hiring needs</li><li>
Tracks, audits, and reports on hiring, onboarding, and offboarding metrics weekly</li><li>
Coordinates recruitment and outreach initiatives in partnership with the Manager and People Operations, including attending job fairs</li><li>
Renders on-site event team member and talent check-in support and procedures, as assigned</li><li>
Oversees new hire onboarding including offer letters, new hire paperwork, systems access, equipment requests, I-9's, E-Verify, orientation support, etc. Maintain and track employee training completion in Brainshark (LMS) including the follow up with employees and managers as needed</li><li>
Assists with related HR initiatives, system implementations, and process improvement
</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Qualifications/Requirements<ul><li>
1-2 years of HR-related experience, of which up to 1 year must have included dedicated recruitment responsibilities.</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred</li><li>
Demonstrates a strong understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Word, Excel and HRIS Systems required (UKG preferred)</li><li>
Exhibits strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
</li><li>Demonstrates strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills</li><li>
Demonstrates professionalism, sound judgement, and the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
</li><li>Performs as a self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strong work ethic</li><li>
Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail required
</li><li>Has flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for events</li><li>
Can lift 20-30 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods (8+ hours in length)
</li><li>Comfortable working in varying temperatures and noisy environments</li><li>
Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check</li><li>
Driver's license and reliable transportation</li></ul>
