Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Bartender Manager &amp; Bartender to join our Fuse'd Team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional customer service and mixology. Promotion available with experience.Responsibilities<ul><li>-Provide quality service in a high volume/Craft Cocktails environment</li><li>Be personable with friendly, professional customer interaction skills</li><li>-Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including Signature Cocktails, Beer and Wine</li><li>-Interact with customers, take orders and provide recommendations</li><li>-Maintain cleanliness of the Bar area and equipment</li><li>-*Weekends Required*</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>-Previous experience working as a Bartender in a Restaurant or Bar is required</li><li>-Leadership/Management experience a plus</li><li>-Knowledge of Food + Drink safety practices and regulations in Illinois</li><li>-Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently</li><li>-Familiarity with various drink recipes and mixology techniques is a plus</li><li>-Ability to work well in a team environment and provide excellent customer service</li></ul>We are Major Threat Restaurants Group, a growing locally owned and operated Restaurant Group based in Plainfield, Illinois.
