We are seeking a Senior Visual UX Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who blends creative design with technical capabilities to help us deliver exceptional user experiences across digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with our team of creatives, graphic artists, strategists, and copywriters to develop and execute innovative designs. Strong communication skills are essential for bridging the work between clients, creatives and developers.

Responsibilities<ul><li>Execute high-quality digital designs that align across digital touchpoints, including websites, landing pages, emails, and in-app interfaces maintaining a sharp eye for detail and usability.</li><li>Collaborate closely with UX, content, and development teams to ensure design feasibility, functional integrity, and pixel-perfect implementation.</li><li>Help drive development of a digital visual design system that will empower the UX team and development to move more quickly, with consistency.</li><li>Develop prototypes, and final visual designs to communicate user flows, interaction models, and responsive layouts.</li><li>Apply and evolve design systems and translate brand guidelines to maintain consistency while exploring innovative solutions and best practices.</li><li>Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics insights, and stakeholder input, managing multiple rounds of revisions efficiently within complex review cycles.</li><li>Confidently present design concepts to peers, leadership, and clients, incorporating feedback while maintaining design integrity.</li><li>Ensure all designs meet WCAG and responsive design standards, optimizing for performance and usability across browsers and devices.</li><li>Execute production-ready assets and specifications for handoff to development, QA, and deployment teams.</li><li>Demonstrate patience, flexibility, and creative problem-solving to bring complex digital experiences to life in a compliant, user-centered way.</li><li>Maintain strong attention to detail and follow-through in every phase&mdash;from concept to live environment.</li></ul>
Requirements<ul><li>10+ years of digital design experience</li><li>BFA/BA in Graphic Design, Digital Media or a similar field preferred</li><li>A portfolio highlighting a strong understanding of design fundamentals (typography, color theory, layout) and digital interface design principles (grid systems, navigation, responsiveness, accessibility).</li><li>Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD) and Figma.</li><li>Experience with CSS/HTML scripting</li><li>An ability to have fun while working hard in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
Understanding design within the healthcare landscape is a plus.

Senior Visual UX Designer

<div>We are looking for a freelance senior motion graphics designer/animator who can work on a wide variety of projects, including event openers, explainer videos, and corporate animations. The ideal candidate possesses top notch design skills, is a master of Adobe Effects, and is able to work quickly under tight deadlines. We want to establish professional relationships with the best motion designers in the industry. 
Cramer has an extremely talented in-house animation team that may need help on our larger scale projects. That said, we would often need for you to &lsquo;own&rsquo; the project, and work directly with the project team. (Primarily the Producer, and Creative Director). This collaborative relationship will require great communication skills, and an ability to translate concepts and storyboards into high end motion graphics. Preference will be given to applicants local to our Norwood, MA location, and who are available to work on-prem 2+ days a week (lunch included). Hybrid solutions remoting in to our workstations may become available after completion of your first project.<ul><li>

Responsibilities include:<ul>
<li>
Pre pro, design, graphic layout, typographic design, animatic creation, and video editing, compositing, compression.</li>
<li>Ability to accurately provide estimates based on storyboards and creative concepts, provide deliverables on time, and on budget.</li>
<li>Manage rendering, provide iterative previews, and communicate effectively with creative leads, and producer, ability to post work quickly</li>
</ul>
Requirements<ul><li>
Minimum of 5-7 years experience delivering high end motion graphics at an agency or Post-Production house.</li></ul><ul>
<li>Complete proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Illustrator &amp; Photoshop on Windows 11</li>
<li>Ability to hand off files to and from Editorial and Audio Post</li>
<li>Excellent file management and organization</li>
<li>Experience with 3D Studio Max, Cinema4D, Element 3D, Mocha Pro, Particular, and Red Giant&rsquo;s Trapcode Suites preferred</li></ul></div>
