Job Description: Purchase Executive &ndash; Commercial Interior Fit-OutLocation: ErnakulamExperience Required: 2&ndash;5 years (Interior Fit-Out industry preferred)<ul><li>Source and procure materials such as lighting, furniture, flooring, glass, gypsum, hardware, and other interior items.</li><li>Issue and manage Purchase Orders (POs) based on project requirements.</li><li>Evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate contracts, and finalize pricing and payment terms.</li><li>Monitor and track material deliveries to project sites in coordination with the project team.</li><li>Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and vendor databases.</li><li>Work closely with the design and project management teams to understand material specifications.</li><li>Ensure compliance with quality standards, lead times, and budget constraints.</li><li>Resolve supply issues, including delays, shortages, or quality concerns.</li><li>Maintain regular communication with vendors and contractors to build long-term relationships.</li></ul>Requirements:Education:B.tech Civil/Diploma in Civil/Interior design Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.Familiarity with interior fit-out materials, vendors, and market trends.Proficiency in MS ExcelStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;23,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
