Who We&rsquo;re Looking For &ndash; Qualifications &amp; Skills</b></p></div><div><ul><li><b>
Education</b></li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline<br>

Experience</b></li><li>
7+ years in sourcing or procurement.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with New Product Development (NPD) sourcing</li><li>
Proven track record in managing multiple projects while meeting quality, delivery, and cost targets</li><li>
Demonstrated success representing Supply Chain in cross-functional teams</li><li>
(preferred) Experience using AI-based sourcing or analytics tools to enhance decision-making and efficiency</li></ul><p></p><ul><li><b><br>
Technical Skills</b></li><li>
Advanced Excel proficiency for cost analysis and modeling</li><li>
Multiple ERP systems expertise (SAP, QAD preferred)</li><li>
Ability to interpret BOMs and technical drawings for sourcing decisions</li></ul><p></p><ul><li><b><br>
Professional Skills</b></li><li>
Strong negotiation skills beyond basic quoting; experience with multiple types of supplier agreements e.g. white label, software development, joint development</li><li>
Ability to balance tactical execution with long-term sourcing goals</li><li>
Ethical, organized, and proactive in highlighting risks and proposing solutions</li><li>
Strategic thinker with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills</li><li>
