Essential Job Functions
<ul>
<li>Plans layout of warehouse and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored</li>
<li>Advises employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped; methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock; and related problems</li>
<li>Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow</li>
<li>Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Maintains harmony among workers and resolves issues</li>
<li>Advises and Enforce safety regulations</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

<li>Two to three years supervisory experience preferred.</li>

Warehouse Supervisor II

Essential Job Functions
<ul>
<li>Subject Matter Expert in both the area&rsquo;s processes, and the technology applications and hardware. This role will have a high familiarity with certain clients or projects.</li>
<li>Is a model example of CWW values and standards, fosters a positive work climate and encourages teamwork.</li>
<li>Directs work of other team members as instructed by the team supervisor.</li>
<li>Problem solving and decision-making within the bounds of direction given by the team supervisor.</li>
<li>Advises/trains employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped</li>
<li>Ensure customer orders are picked, checked, and packed accurately and in a timely fashion</li>
<li>Perform inventory counts as directed and make adjustments when needed and authorized</li>
<li>Monitor compliance of safety and security procedures</li>
<li>Delegate warehouse housekeeping duties and ensure they are performed daily</li>
<li>Maintain compliance in all areas pertaining to Federal and State regulatory agencies</li>
<li>Fills client orders safely, efficiently, and within Crane SOPs.</li>
<li>Operates a forklift or other drivable warehouse equipment including but not limited to high reach vehicle or similar.</li>
<li>Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves or into vehicles by hand forklift, or other warehouse equipment.</li>
<li>Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials</li>
<li>Scans freight via warehouse management system with RF equipment</li>
<li>Completes required paperwork thoroughly and promptly.</li>
<li>Performs housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe work environment.</li>
<li>Accurately and courteously load client merchandise</li>
<li>Job requires presence on-site at the assigned work location</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
