<div>Essential Job Functions
<ul>
<li>Issue RFQs/RFPs for assigned categories and evaluate supplier quotations.</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy of pricing, delivery terms, and specifications.</li>
<li>Expedite orders to meet operational timelines.</li>
<li>Maintain and develop supplier relationships.</li>
<li>Monitor supplier performance related to cost, quality, and on-time delivery.</li>
<li>Resolve invoice discrepancies and delivery issues.</li>
<li>Support cost reduction initiatives through competitive bidding and negotiation.</li>
<li>Conduct price benchmarking and total cost analysis.</li>
<li>Partner with operations teams to understand material/service requirements.</li>
<li>Analyze spend data to identify trends and sourcing opportunities.</li>
<li>Track market trends, supply risks, and cost drivers to support informed purchasing decisions</li>
<li>Support inventory management efforts to prevent shortages or excess stock</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>FQ/RFP development and evaluation.</li>
<li>Purchase-to-pay process management.</li>
<li>Negotiation fundamentals.</li>
<li>Spend analysis and cost modeling.</li>
<li>Expert/Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written and comprehension)</li>
<li>Highly motivated and energetic with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced and continually changing environment - Ability to operate independently and within a team environment - Ability to work with technical and non-technical staff at all levels - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Demonstrates initiative and adaptability</li>

Physical Requirements
<ul>
<li>Talking, hearing and using hands to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other computer components</li>
<li> Sitting for extended periods of time</li>
<li> Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus</li>
<li>Attendance and presence at work-site is an expectation</li>
</ul>
Education &amp; Experience
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Finance, or related field preferred.</li>
<li>3&ndash;6 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.</li>
<li>Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or 3PL environment preferred.</li>
<li>Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or similar P2P platforms).</li>
</ul>
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
<ul>
<li>Professional certification may be required in some areas.</li>
</ul>
