<ul><li>Develop and execute marketing plans to support existing branches and new locations</li><li>
Research market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities</li><li>
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all locations while allowing for regional needs</li><li>
Drive lead generation for rentals, equipment sales, and service across all divisions</li><li>
Manage company social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook</li><li>
Oversee website content, SEO, digital advertising, and performance tracking</li><li>
Guide the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, videos, and sales tools</li><li>
Use internal systems to track customer engagement and marketing results</li><li>
Plan and manage trade shows, open houses, and customer appreciation events</li><li>
Support branch leaders and sales team with local marketing efforts</li><li>
Plan, execute and attend internal, external and customer events at all locations</li><li>
Assist HR and recruiting by promoting CraneWorks as a great place to work</li><li>
Other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Travel Requirements:<ul><li>
Quarterly visits to company branches with overnight travel is expected</li><li>
Attend customer, vendor, and company events as required in all locations</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a multi-location or industrial business</li><li>
Experience supporting company growth into new markets</li><li>
Strong experience planning and managing industry events</li><li>
Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms</li><li>
Willingness to travel to branch locations as needed</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Organization skills and attention to detail</li><li>
Strong background in marketing and branding</li><li>
Experience in creating content for social media, shooting and editing videos and photos, copy marketing</li><li>
Experience with graphic design software like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>
Experience with web management software such as Wordpress and Hubspot</li><li>
Experience with SEO and Google Analytics</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to create, implement and monitor budgets</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects at once and work cross-functionally with multiple departments</li></ul>
Education:
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field</div>
