 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 
 PURPOSE
 
 
 
 Responsible for overseeing the Company&rsquo;s Purchasing, Warehouse Ops, Clearinghouse and Safety functions. Direct day to day operations of these business segments. Work with Senior Management to achieve business objectives through collaboration and teamwork
 
 
 
 Supervisory Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Hire, supervise and motivate direct reports to ensure performance and execution of initiatives.
 
 
 
 Essential Duties And Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Key member of executive management team and responsible for significant contribution to overall direction and strategic management for the business
 </li>
 <li>
 Regular reporting on progress and status updates, provide summary reports and recommendations to management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement key performance indicators and benchmarks to manage success and productivity of each functional area
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for:
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Improving productivity and efficiencies at the corporate and branch levels
 </li>
 <li>
 Improving and managing operating expense through segments to improve overall drop thru and EBIT $
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee and direct Purchasing, Safety, Warehouse Operations and Clearinghouse.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review, update and create documented SOP to ensure world class sales operations and service platform.
 </li>
 <li>
 Through regional operations managers, and working with branch management teams, implement and oversee all sales operations (order management, inventory, warehouse, logistics, etc.) and ensure efficiencies within the G&amp;A cost categories.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Serve as the project leader for acquisition integration, to include business system implementations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent Crawford on Sonepar operational committees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participates in and follows all Crawford policies, guidelines, and procedures (safety, Anti-Harassment, Ethics, etc).
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform other duties, assigned projects, and job responsibilities as requested by President
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend internal and external meetings as a leader of the business segment
 
 </li>

 What You Bring
 
 
 
 
 GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
 
 
 
 Extensive knowledge of operations and distribution industry. Excellent Eclipse knowledge and P&amp;L mastery. At least 10 years in Distribution and 5 years in management.
 
 
 
 Specific Qualifications Required
 
 
 
 Four-year college degree preferred plus 10+ years of industry related experience. Highly effective communicator, both verbal and written, and Advanced management or supervisory experience.
