 recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and talent management.
 
 
 The intern will work closely with the HR Manager and leadership team to support hiring
 
 
 activities, employee coordination, documentation, and day-to-day HR functions.
 
 
 This internship provides practical exposure to the complete employee lifecycle in a fast-growing startup environment.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition
 
 
 <ul>

 Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and college networks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct preliminary HR screening calls.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

 Onboarding &amp; Documentation
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and internship letters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate joining formalities and document collection.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure proper onboarding of new employees and interns.Employee Coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a point of contact for employees and interns regarding HR-related queries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain attendance and leave records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on employee documentation and compliance requirements.
 </li>

 HR Operations

 Update and maintain HR databases and spreadsheets.
 </li>

 Assist in preparing HR reports and recruitment metrics.

 Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

 Support policy implementation and HR process improvements.
