Job Summary:We are seeking a talented and versatile 3D Designer &ndash; Generalist with a strong architectural background. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUp, and Revit to create high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and design presentations. The candidate must have hands-on commercial experience and the ability to convert architectural concepts into realistic visual outputs that align with project requirements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop detailed 3D models, visualizations, and walkthroughs for commercial, residential, and interior design projects.</li><li>Interpret architectural drawings and convert them into 3D renderings.</li><li>Work with design teams to present creative and visually appealing concepts, layouts, and presentations.</li><li>Prepare high-quality renders, animations, and virtual walkthroughs using industry-standard tools.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of outputs adhering to client requirements and industrial standards.</li><li>Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers for design finalization.</li><li>Stay updated with latest visualization trends, software updates, and rendering techniques.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Software Expertise:<ul><li>AutoCAD &ndash; drafting and technical detailing</li><li>SketchUp &ndash; 3D modeling &amp; conceptual design</li><li>Revit &ndash; BIM modeling &amp; architectural visualization</li><li>Lumion &ndash; realistic rendering &amp; walkthroughs</li><li>Strong understanding of architectural design principles</li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines</li><li>Excellent visualization, creativity, and presentation skills</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of proven commercial experience in 3D visualization and rendering</li><li>Strong design portfolio showcasing relevant projects</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Salary will be as per industry standards and based on experience &amp; portfolio.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
