Job Description 
The Corporate Paralegal will support the Legal Department by being responsible for gathering, preparing, and summarizing relevant materials for use by attorneys. The Corporate Paralegal will perform specifically delegated substantive legal work for which a lawyer is responsible.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Maintaining and filing corporate records, including resolutions, board of director changes, minutes, and other flings</li><li>
Coordinate and receive board and committee signatures for documents and materials</li><li>
Create documents related to new corporate entity formations</li><li>
Produce documents related to the development and implementation of corporate policies and templates</li><li>
Provide contract support for operational agreements for design and construction, standard corporate agreements, such as non-disclosure, marketing, and independent contractor agreements</li><li>
Provide administrative support for documents and activities related to corporate structure and transactions</li><li>
Work with other members of the legal team on special projects and initiatives</li><li>
Support the management of the contract review process, including planning, collaboration, review, and archiving</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
Minimum Qualifications
<ul><li>Associates degree required; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>
Minimum of two years of experience, preferably with knowledge of engineering and construction industry</li><li>
Paralegal certification preferred</li><li>
Experience with managing and assisting with engineering and construction disputes and litigation</li></ul>
Additional Qualifications<ul><li>
Excellent communication and organization abilities</li><li>
Strong research and report-generating skills</li><li>
Experience in using legal database software</li></ul>

 Job Description
 
 
 
 The project engineer I is responsible for supporting the Project Manager and other project team members in executing activities to support the construction of assigned project(s) and to ensure the work performed is in conformance with the project objectives and the requirements of the construction documents. Primary areas of responsibility include bidding support, executing the submittal and RFI review process, document control, verification of as-builts, supporting quality control, supporting site safety, executing equipment receiving process, managing closeout documentation, and supporting cost management activities.
 
 
 
 The Construction Project Engineer will be located on the project site in Rochester, MI.
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the construction of assigned project(s) and to ensure the work performed is in conformance with the project objectives and the requirements of the construction documents
 </li>
 <li>
 Bidding support and document control
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute the submittal and RFI review process
 </li>
 <li>
 Verification of as-builts, supporting quality control, supporting site safety
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute equipment receiving process
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage closeout documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Support cost management activities
 
 
 </li>

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Construction Management, Science, or Engineering
 </li>
 <li>
 Up to four years of experience
 
 
 </li>

 Additional Qualifications

 <li>
 Computer skills with Microsoft Office suite experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Capable of learning new computer programs for project management and reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with mobile devices and VDC apps a plus
