Job Description 
The Executive Assistant provides support and assistance to executives that ensure effective use of time and productive interactions with staff and the public. Handles a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks involving the clerical, administrative function, research, and management roles. Responsible for schedule management, communication liaison, information preparation, and representing the executive to others. Handles confidential company information and communications. Full comprehension of company&rsquo;s operation and procedures. Uses discretion and judgment and knowledge of organization to facilitate the executive&rsquo;s activities.
This position can be based out of Kansas City, MO or Kalamazoo, MI 
Qualifications 
Minimum Qualifications<ul><li><ul><li>High School Degree required; College Degree preferred.</li><li>A minimum 7 years of administrative experience</li></ul></li></ul>

Job Description 
CRB is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our Market Engagement team. This role is ideal for a strong communicator and organizer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and has experience supporting pursuit efforts in the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry.
You&rsquo;ll be responsible for producing and maintaining marketing assets that support sales activities including but not limited to responses to requests for information (RFIs), requests for qualifications (RFQs), requests for proposals (RFPs), interview presentations, project descriptions and resumes.
Your work will directly support CRB&rsquo;s mission to win impactful projects in life sciences and food + beverage industries. This is a hands-on role that balances creativity with detail-oriented execution.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Collaborate with business development, technical and marketing team members across the company to gather information and update content.</li><li>
Maintain CRB&rsquo;s marketing library with pursuit-related content, including project descriptions, resumes and boilerplate.</li><li>
Develop and coordinate proposal responses, statements of qualifications and interview presentations.</li><li>
Develop sales collateral with accurate, brand-aligned and compelling content that showcases CRB&rsquo;s expertise and experience.</li><li>
Provide quality assurance reviews for grammar, consistency, formatting and compliance with client requirements.</li><li>
Support the team&rsquo;s workload planning, process improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.</li></ul> 
Qualifications<ul><li> 
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field.</li><li>
Minimum of six years of marketing experience, preferably in the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry.</li><li>
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite (including SharePoint) and CRM or marketing automation platforms.</li><li>
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.</li><li>
Team-oriented, proactive mindset with the confidence to work independently when needed.</li><li>
Experience responding to RFIs, RFPs and RFQs in a professional services environment.</li><li>
Advanced graphics, document layout, editing and proofreading skills.</li></ul>
