Be the overarching relation with assigned broker firm while continuously growing broker headcount by effectively presenting our value proposition. Develop an intimate knowledge of the broker firm and broker book of business to leverage BenefitMall capabilities to maximize revenue growth.
<div>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

<ul><li>Recruit and train new agents to BenefitMall by promoting BenefitMall&rsquo;s unique experience through deep, trusted relationships powered by the industry&rsquo;s best technology solutions.
</li><li>Work with agents/brokers to develop revenue growth strategies focused on increased sales activity, increased products per customer, and expanded understanding of BenefitMall&rsquo;s specialized services.
</li><li>Work effectively in a team sales environment and coordinate all sales and retention activity as needed to assure the fastest, easiest, and most trusted benefits selling experience.
</li><li>Lead POD to service agents/brokers&rsquo; business and encourage them to grow their clients&rsquo; business by:
</li></ul>o Educating and training agents on carrier administrative procedures, product availability, and the value each brings to the customer.
 
o Hosting strategy calls with POD to discuss priority issues, quote volumes, renewal activities and schedules as necessary.
 
o Utilizing internal systems (Salesforce, Zoom, etc.) for activity tracking and metrics.
 
<ul><li>Effectively market to agents/brokers and encourage them to place their clients&rsquo; business with us by:
</li></ul>o Coordinating necessary in-field sales and retention activity to close sales, renew cases and add products to in-force customers. Provide &ldquo;just in time&rdquo; sales expertise to maximize results.
 
o Developing strategies with targeted agencies to drive technology adoption to assure the elimination of manual processes and adherence to safe, secure electronic transfer of data.
 
<ul><li>Coordinate with partner carrier resources as needed to maximize results.
</li><li>Adhere to BenefitMall&rsquo;s confidentiality standards of information.
</li><li>Occasional long, irregular hours during peak times.
</li><li>Physical requirements include sitting, frequently speaking and hearing, and occasionally standing, walking, bending, crawling, kneeling and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
</li><li>Resolve conflicts, solve problems, and provide feedback to management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

<ul><li>Drives increased sales and Company growth by developing positive business relationships with agents/brokers.
</li><li>Maintains an in-depth understanding of the Company&rsquo;s products and processes and how agents/brokers interact with these products and processes.
</li><li>Maintains increasing knowledge of insurance industry markets, products, and legal environments to provide a value-added service to agents/brokers.
</li><li>Works in tandem with Broker Sales Reps and Sr. Broker Sales Reps to effectively service agents/brokers and to encourage them to place their clients&rsquo; business with the Company by:
</li></ul>o Conducts regular follow-up and prospective calls to agents/brokers, both in office and on-site to maintain current accounts and market Company services.
 
o Accurately and efficiently processing agent&rsquo;s requests for quotations and proposals.
 
o Providing information on carrier administrative procedures and product availability, and direction in selection of appropriate group products.
 
o Pre-screening individuals and groups for medical conditions to determine suitable products and risk adjustment factors on premium rates.
 
o Aiding agents/brokers in obtaining sales materials and supplies.
 
o Assisting agents/brokers in presenting Company products to clients by attending client/broker meetings and enrollment meetings.
 
o Resolve escalated issues by resolving conflicts, solving problems, and providing feedback to Company management.
 
<ul><li>Actively participates in team meetings, providing input to contribute to the team&rsquo;s overall success.
</li><li>Keeps abreast of current trends and regulatory issues surrounding benefit plan design and administration
</li><li>Occasional vehicular travel

Required Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Research and identify potential agents and opportunities within the assigned region who would benefit from CRC Benefits&rsquo;s ancillary product portfolio.
</li><li>Conduct or coordinate sales presentations to showcase the benefits and features of non-medical offerings, addressing clients' needs and book of business.
</li><li>Develop strong and long-lasting relationships with key agency and carrier partners in the region to foster trust and loyalty.
</li><li>Co-create and implement a non-medical sales strategy tailored to the region's market dynamics, competition, and customer preferences.
</li><li>Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by CRC Benefits within the assigned region.
</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to adjust sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
</li><li>Offer post-sales support and direct customer service inquiries to appropriate channels, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
</li><li>Work closely with regional leadership and the designated non-medical Benefit Sales Executive to provide valuable feedback from the field and contribute to improving carrier products, CRC Benefits services, and the overall agent experience.
</li></ul>Required Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.
</li><li>3 years of related experience in employee benefits sales or sales support
</li><li>Strong knowledge of employee benefits, including ancillary benefits: Dental, Vision, Life, Supplemental Life, Disability, and Worksite products, carriers, and market trends.
</li><li>A current and good-standing Life and Health Insurance license is required for this role. A non-resident license for states outside your home state will be required when representing more than one state as a regional representative.
</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills
</li><li>Intermediate to advanced skills leveraging MS Excel and other MS Office platforms.
