<div>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

<ul><li>Drives increased sales and Company growth by developing positive business relationships with agents/brokers.
</li><li>Maintains an in-depth understanding of the Company&rsquo;s products and processes and how agents/brokers interact with these products and processes.
</li><li>Maintains increasing knowledge of insurance industry markets, products, and legal environments to provide a value-added service to agents/brokers.
</li><li>Works in tandem with Broker Sales Reps and Sr. Broker Sales Reps to effectively service agents/brokers and to encourage them to place their clients&rsquo; business with the Company by:
</li></ul>o Conducts regular follow-up and prospective calls to agents/brokers, both in office and on-site to maintain current accounts and market Company services.
 
o Accurately and efficiently processing agent&rsquo;s requests for quotations and proposals.
 
o Providing information on carrier administrative procedures and product availability, and direction in selection of appropriate group products.
 
o Pre-screening individuals and groups for medical conditions to determine suitable products and risk adjustment factors on premium rates.
 
o Aiding agents/brokers in obtaining sales materials and supplies.
 
o Assisting agents/brokers in presenting Company products to clients by attending client/broker meetings and enrollment meetings.
 
o Resolve escalated issues by resolving conflicts, solving problems, and providing feedback to Company management.
 
<ul><li>Actively participates in team meetings, providing input to contribute to the team&rsquo;s overall success.
</li><li>Keeps abreast of current trends and regulatory issues surrounding benefit plan design and administration
</li><li>Occasional vehicular travel
</li><li>Occasional long, irregular hours and possible travel.
</li><li>Ability to work overtime during 4th quarter busy time.
</li><li>Physical requirements include sitting, frequently speaking and hearing, and occasionally standing, walking, bending, crawling, kneeling and the ability to lift up to 25lbs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

The Internal Broker Support Specialist is our in-house expert delivering exceptional service to our brokers and customers. They will perform various routine and defined support tasks in an office environment, up to 5 days per week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide quality information and solutions to brokers that are housed in our office and those that are not housed by BenefitMall.
 
 
Prepare files and maintain physical or electronic records and documents in required formats daily.
 
 
Compile and verify information, as well as input data into a tracking database or system.
 
 
Provide customer service directly to our clients, both internal and external, by retrieving documents and/or responding to requests for information by phone or email.
 
 
Maintain 100% of available phone and electronic service goals.
 
 
Determine when customer issues need to be escalated and find solutions.
 
 
Provide brokers and clients with quality service for issues regarding employee enrolment, ID card status effective dates and commission issues.
 
 
Keep up to date on all Company policies and promotional offerings.
 
 
Actively participate in regular meetings, providing input to contribute to the team&rsquo;s overall success.
 
 
Make outbound calls to clients for the purpose of monitoring client satisfaction.
 
 
Occasional long, irregular hours.
 
 
Work hours flexibility needed during 4th Quarter.

The annual base salary for this position is $45,760.00 - $56,160.00.
